The resort is outstanding in everything: check in smoothly, excellent staff that do great job assisting guests, comfortable bed and spacious room, tastefully decorated, several amenities to use included, buffet food fresh and delicious with many varieties to choose.

Hotel is beautifully designed and you have a variety of different rooms and villas to choose from. Our room was very spacious and had a beautiful view and we were welcomed by a bottle of wine and Baklavas. Breakfast was amazing, good quality and a variety of different options. Pools are beautiful, clean and not crowded. Hotel is really clean (except for the washrooms near the pool). Some of the staff, specifically the restaurant staff are really kind and nice.

This is a 4 star hotel at best, but a very good 4 star one. Some staff are not necessarily the kindest and the value you receive for the money is not worth it. Lunch and dinner could have been much better, I was expecting (based on previous experiences) a whole lot of delicious Turkish food yet I’m sorry to say that my expectations were not met. I think they may be providing the food for their main customer demographic which may enjoy certain food(mostly stews) I really had higher expectations from this hotel. While we enjoyed our time with friends, if we are to travel to Belek again, we will go to another hotel.

We enjoyed so much in the susesi resorts, it is really have 5 stars rating, the stuff is amazing and helpful, the food and beverage are really delecious , they have huge diversities every each day, each Dinner nights have special food themes, such as Chinease, Mexican, Sea like fish and squids , the service inside the main resturant really amazing, also the resort contains 5 resturants you can try one of them, the mexican Ada resturant experience was amazing and we enjoyed how we involved with the mexican hats , also the resort have maybe more than 5 snaks rest. you can ordered variety of meals such as Burger, Pizza, Steaks and much more, the Takatuka snacks is higly recommended, also this amazing resort have minibars each day, and regarding the room service and cleaning service, the stuff here is really professional, each day and if requested on nights they were clean the room perfectly and change the sheets and clean the bathrooms and change the towels, also we really very happy from Gust Relations office when they arranged for us special and tasty cake for my wife Birthday, Regarding the Facilities , the Delux room we took is big enough and it has an amazing view on the main hotel gardens and on the sea, we enjoyed setting each Day drinking coffee on the balcony and enjoy this special view, also i tried the SPA facilities, it is an amazing experience, each Day i was going to Firness center doing my cardio and my gym workouts exercise, then doing enjoyable Souna and take a freshable Turkish Bath, the Spa center also have 2 main indoor pools, i swim within one of them, you are feeling it is a private pool at the morning , Regarding the outside pools, they have 3 or 4 pools , one has a beatuiful palm trees inside, you will feel you are swimming inside an amazing green oasis, and has an olympic pool and another pool for water sports such as volly ball, also my kid enjoy the pools for kids that are inside the Kids club, btw, Kids club also a fantastic facility, my...

everything was good and amazing

We spent a wonderful week here. Thank you very much for the room upgrade - we got an absolutely wonderful villa room in the lagoon. The whole hotel is an excellent place for a holiday. Very nice architecture, cleanliness, good cuisine, great staff. We will definitely want to come back.

Can't say I didn't like something. I just think some places need fixing - eg the wobbly railings, and some places need painting.... It would be a great shame for this wonderful place to lose its charm and luster

We really enjoyed the facilities in the hotel including the spa & hammam. The bar and pool area served plenty of food during the day and the hotel restaurants were fantastic quality! We really enjoyed the food throughout our stay.

To be honest the guest relations staff werent very helpful on occasions. Given their job is guest relations the attitude shown when asking them general questions was a bit rude. At times i felt they were unapproachable and this really put us off given we were on our honeymoon. In addition several members of staff found it difficult to understand our orders in the bar and restaurant and rather than clarify with someone who speaks english they would just bring the wrong drink. Final point is that the hotel really need to be more clear about the facilities they have available, the in hotel events/entertainment werent very well advertised. We paid extra for the 'honeymoon' package but seemed to make no difference and we didnt even receive the welcome flowers etc and had to ask for the benefits.

The food was not exceptional for this kind of hotel. Most nights there was a lot of the same stuff. Themed nights were just touched upon.

because we were a friend group , most of the hotel has families, there is no night life sadly .

Hotel is a little old.

excellent facilities, swimming pools and slides are clean and well managed, amazing food variety and drinks are everywhere. clear rooms, very comfortable bedding. friendly staff.

Triplex room needed some maintaining, 2nd floor room door frame was damaged and door doesn't close. Air conditioning needed some work before it starting working properly. The mini bar in 1st floor didn't work well and was hot. The worst thing was the wifi coverage! that was the only thing that bothered me, it was very poor in the room and and doesn't cover the 2nd floor at all. in addition, the wifi coverage throughout the resort was spotty.
