Room was good, bit small but it was great for 1 night. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was really big.

The room was very small and there was not a lift to take the bags upstairs

The double bedroom was extremely small Almost no space around the bed to move. The bath was 1/2 size

Good location if you want to park your car for free and go into the city by train.

The shower had no hot water, but we were moved to a different room. In the other room we could not turn the heating off, so even with windows opened we couldn't cool the room. the TV remote was not working *even with new batteries) and we could not connect to the wifi. The hotel is not expensive, so I did not expected much, but after maybe it should be even cheaper if they can't provide a hot shower and a radiator that can be turned off.

Place was easy to find with plenty of off-road parking. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.

The woman that checked me in during the day wasn't the most accommodating or welcoming person. The guy on the night shift was much more friendlier. Room wasn't properly cleaned. I found some long brown hair in the shower (And I have no hair). Room was very dated and bed uncomfortable. I chose eggs benedict for breakfast which was discussing. And so was the coffee. The breakfast staff on the other hand was very friendly and helpful.

Room was nice and clean. Fair size and comfy bed. Shower adequate. Nice to have tea making facilities in room. Quite expensive though. The staff were very helpful. Xx

The bar only served bottle beers, no draft. The breakfast was very expensive so we ate elsewhere.

The bed wasn't too comfy and the pillows were a bit lumpy but it was clean!

Great staff really welcoming, provided me with a great local taxi gave me food recommendations that i could walk to and also have delivered to my room due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The walk to my room was pretty long, right at the far end of the hotel. The WIFI was horrendous i ended using my mobile data for the night, maybe this is due to the room location

The breakfast was really good and the bed was comfortable.

Location was good. Room was clean. Good shower. Had amenities nearby, free parking.

There was a drip behind the wall, just over the bed. Honestly, it was like water torture. Just as I dozed off, it started again. No rhythm, just random drops of water bouncing of a plate. Room was on a busy A road. Traffic thundering past all night, even with windows closed. I wish I had gone down in the middle of the night and raised it with staff but we were leaving the next morning.

Hotel was big free WiFi free parking lovely lady when I checked in Bed was big nice dove soap in bathroom 🚻

It was a best Western in thd middle of the strangest area... I have travelled alot but not seen a best Western so strangely placed, loads of takeaways it's basically in the middle of high street I would of prefferd it was in a quieter location I suggest you do not go out and just have food deliverd

The shower room is nice

The room was really hot. No air con and when asked about the Heat they just said its standard central heating. But the heat was too much to handle which resulted in me having to check out early.
