The rooms were comfortable and good location in Greenock.

The staff was not too friendly and the breakfast can have a bit more of variety.

I have a few dietary requirements, but the staff coped reasonably well with them. The room was basic, but very comfortable. Staff were great. Location was ideal for us and we got parked right outside the door.

We hadn't been warned on check in that there was a wedding party in, which made our evening meal service a little slow and noisy, but it didn't impact too much.

The location is good with parking spaces. Hotel restaurant serves good food.

The design of the bathroom is not user-friendly. Poor facilities in the room.

Enjoyed all the facilities in hotel.

There was no lift, only an awkward winding stairway which my partner found challenging, we were originally two levels up, however when we mentioned that was a problem, the receptionist offered us a different room on the first floor, which was very much appreciated.

no heating adjustment in room and was a bit hot but you could open the window so wasn`t to bad

Fabulous lovely hotel, right where I needed to be for ship visit. Beautiful interior, bar and food excellent. Lovely friendly staff. Room was spacious lovely bathroom. Would definately go back if down that way.good choice for breakfast, enough for me

The hotel is looking a little tired and could do with a coat of paint outside. Queen size beds woukd also be nice.

There was an excellent choice of food at breakfast. We were delighted with the size of the room and the bed was really comfortable. We also had dinner the night before and you were spoiled for choice.
