The facilities were very clean and provided everything you needed. The kids play area and jumping pillow entertained the young one.
Cabins were cosy enough.
The heated pool is more like just tepid cool, disappointing because we were expecting it to be nice and warm at least, considering it's the cooler month.

The fact that, when you walk into the reception, you can already tell its going to be an awesome experience. A family orientated atmosphere. And it was. The staff was just so likable. Definitely going back there, probably with more than the 15 we had this weekend😊😊
No complaints from me or any of the 15 family members that were with me.

Swimming pool was great as it would’ve been pretty boring as it rained most of the time.
I didn’t like that there wasn’t a little table and chair to sit on outside my room.
But that’s it, I can’t complain about anything else

The facilities of the camp ground were very nice, and clean.
The double bed mattress that we had was extremely uncomfortable and my husband had aches and pains from sleeping on it. There was also too many bunks in the room. There was not enough power points close to the other beds and we only had one chair in the room and a corner shelf apart from all these beds.

The activities - pool with the slide and jumping pillow was awesome for the kids. The showers had amazing water pressure and great temperatures the bathroom also felt nice and clean. The locked cupboards with our cutlery, plates etc in the kitchen was cool.
The receptionist was a little rude. She gave us wrong information about our stay and room. Very annoying. The room was hot, not aircon but a little fan that didn't do much at all

The location was beautiful we didn't want too leave 😢hope too come back for another holiday 🙂

Stayed here for a night. Good for family with kids as there is lots to do. Just a quick walk to town centre.
No air conditioning in the room

Kids loved the pool, plenty of facilities & well maintained-so no queues for kitchen etc. friendly staff at front office & inside the grounds. I appreciated that the pool was heated so I could stay in with my kids longer
The outside stool/ chair for our room had a broken under carriage so just used it as a towel rack. Realise we should have reported it.

i booked for 1 child 2 adults through booking .com but when i went to receiption she told me to pay extra for my child because it did not show 1 child on their list ony 2 adults then i had to pay another $30 also she told me to contact booking .com for that
