the maisonette has an amazing view of Nydri - worth it !! staff are really helpful and friendly . the beach is down the hill and the port and shops are a 20 min walk. The tavernas near to the apartments are fabulous and on the beach and the food in all is amazing and inexpensive.

The only issue is a steep hill back to the apartment, the steep part is short and steps are there with a hand rail to assist and actually we found it good exercise after a day on the beach !!!

The building is really nice, the room is spaceous and has a little kitchen with fridge as well. The balcony is big enough also. However to reach to building requires a couple of steep steps, the view worth it. There are also enough parking places right at the building, but if there are none, San Lazzaro also has a big parking place by the main road as well. The room is cleaned every day. Honesty, I would give maximum points to this accommodation, if there wouldn't be the issue I describing as a drawback in the negative side.

Just one note. Be aware, if you book a room with sea view, almost all pictures to this type of room is about a balcony with full view of the bay including the islands, Nydri and the surrounding mountains, BUT not all the sea view rooms has that fantastic view! We disappointed a bit as we got only a partial view compared to that. We were able to see the sea and the islands, but not Nydri and the surrounding mountains, as the pictures showed. It was a nice view, but not what we expexted based on the pictures. San Lazzaro, please update your rooms attaching the exact pectures about the view, because this is an issue, and probably will be misunderstandable for other guests as well.

Everything. Marina was extremely friendly helpful and informative of the local area, even giving us a lift to the town centre when it was raining. Lovely views.

If you have mobility problems may be an issue as steep hill to the apartments.

The host was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips what to do, where to eat etc. Apartments are in walking distance to downtown Nydri. Very good location on a hill with a fantastic view.

The view was perfect. It was very clean and very quiet.

The beds were very small and short. We've booked a double bed but we got it two single beds. It smells outside sometimes of shi*. The water of the sewage drain in the yard.The location is not so perfect, not good for peoplе with special needs.

The balcony view was really nice and the room comfortable. It was easy walking distance to the waterfront, restaurants and shops.

It’s a pretty steep climb to get there. Breakfast and coffee were hit and miss. We had no hot water one day but it was fixed later.

Stunning views and sunrises from our full sea facing room with balcony. Our room was very clean. Accommodation was on the edge of town with easy access to shops, restaurants and beach without being too close. Friendly proprietress. Well located for island cruises and exploring the interior of the island. We would highly recommend the Nidri Star Cruises, sunsets from the top or west side of the island, and visiting rural villages buying local produce.

Really friendly reception. Waited for us to arrive after a badly delayed flight. Quick walk into Nydri. Easy parking either at the bottom of the hill or up the steep road to the hotel. Very clean, simple room with refridgerator, plug-in hob if you need it, kettle and some kitchen utensils. Second time we have stayed here and will do so again for a short visit.

The view from the room was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful.. Breakfast was good and the room was extremely clean . Would I stay again, yes.

Our little hire car struggled to get up the steep driveway but there's also a place to park at the bottom. Have to say that the views are worth the climb.
