Terrrible wifi, poor quality cosmetics in bathroom, old styling, uncomfortable mattress and pillows, too cold water in the pool, lack of communication before the arrival (we did not know that there is no road from st Christina, which google maps believe exists, and that a permit is required to enter the road to the hotel), smelly steambath

Situated on the Alpe di Siusi our hotel could not but offer breathtaking views combined with charming and helpful staff, truly excellent cuisine served with finesse and a very large a comfortable room.
