Very close to the beach. Wonderful views of the area. Ideal for a quiet holiday retreat.

I can say this place was one of the best apartment we ever stayed in Greece. Apartment is very specious, we selected one floor apartment as my wife has problems with the stairs. The room was 4 people, we stayed 2. One bedroom with double bed and balcony and other room with 2 single beds and kitchenette, full size refrigerator. Kitchen utencils and toaster, kettle, microwave oven, electric oven and electric heaters were available in the kitchenette, so made prepared our own breakfast easily. Apartment was very clean, had every cleaning material needed. The towels, pillow and bedding sheets were all snow white and smelling cleanliness. Sampatiki is a great place for vacation. It is a small fisherman village with port and protected by waves and the wind, has vet nice sand and very small pebbles in the near part of the port. Even in Sunday 26th of June, it was not so crowded. It is a very sympathetic place as its name. And the host Rena: She is a very nice person, always helpfull and good English speaker. She told us about the places we would like to visit later. She is very nice person to chat and talking to. Thank you very much Rena, for everything. Absolutely this place will be our first selection when we visit Sampatiki if we be able to visit again.

good location and the hosts are the best! super friendly

Comfortable apartment in a small village next to sea. Everything you need and host was very helpful. Kitchen was small but well equiped. No problem with hot water. You can hear your neighbours, but place is rather quiet. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice terrace.

Rena was absolutely fantastic, we had everything we could dream of. Fresh oranges, climbing guide, even help with our car when issues appaered. It is one minute walk to the sea side with showers, so also great. If you like cats, lot of them are running around:)

It takes few moments before you get hot water for shower and from time to time we had weak connection to Wi-Fi, but this is absolutely small thing compared to other advantages.

This place is great😊😊 The host is the sweetest lady. We will come back again soon.

The location and the owner, Rena, She is really nice and attentive. We were there for climbing and the building is less than 5 km from Leonidio Village.

Very nice and comfortable apartment in a small village. Rena is very VERY FRIENDLY and HELPING. Location is perfect: 2 minutes by foot to the beach, 15 minutes to Leonidio by car. We will return as soon as possible.

The apartments are spacious and very clean, there is everything you need and from the big balcony u have a great view on the sea. But best on it is the super nice and warm hearted owner. She is such a great person, you feel she cares for u from her heart.

Very nice and comfy amartment in a small village. Very lovely host. Close to the beach, which was amazing with café and a taverna,, both of them had nice service, great drinks and amazing food. I can totally recommended this place. One of the best during our stay in Peloponnese.

The place is quite old, facilities are old and not maintained. Very small supermarket in the village.

Great accommodation, spacious, the neighborhood is vey quiet and a great location! the host was also very welcoming!

Very organized and friendly in an excellent location

Location is perfect, very close to a long, clean beach (ca.50-70m) and a quiet harbour. There is a bar and a taverna on the beach and if you order a drink you can use deck chairs and umbrella all day for free. But you can also borrow a free umbrella from the hostess and visit nearby beaches. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It has a little terrace on the ground fluor and a balcony on the first fluor. There is also a big, fenced front yard where kids can play. And the hostess is VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFULL. We enjoyed our stay in Sampatiki a lot!

Rena is very generous host. She answered every question we had and when we had urgently go to hospital she made all necessary calls and even came with us to show the way and help with the translation. Location is perfect: 2 minutes by foot to the beach, 15 minutes to Leonidio by car. Small port nearby, in the morning you can buy fresh bread and fish there.

Wi-Fi was weak sometimes

The owner is nice and was very accommodant to check us in even if we arrived earlier than expected. The place is big and nicely arranged with two balcony and one with a nice view. The place is very very quiet and close to a small town with taverns. Kitchen fully equipped and nice bathroom. We didn't know but it's a climbing spot area, so close to that too if you're interested.

The sound proufing is not the best so it depends on your neighbours!

Rena is the most helpful and awesome host ever. She helped us with every small inconvenience. She always checks on you and makes sure everything is all right! We felt so good at the apartment! It was clean and had everything you need! I highly recommend this location for climbers (10 minute ride to the closest crags)! 2 minute walk to the beach also are a big plus! 10/10
