Politeness/friendliness of the staff. Very helpful, always smiling and makes you feel welcome Location. Peaceful and relaxing. Cleanliness. Spotless room and bathroom. Price. We paid 60 for one night. Good one since it included breakfast. Decent breakfast

Almost non existent wifi and very poor cell signal (from two different providers) so it was impossible to have Internet connection in the room. The shower water was not hot. It was warm enough, but not hot. We booked a double bed and it was two singles pushed together. That's OK, since it's common practice, but the two mattresses were different in height and firmness, so there was a very noticeable step between them. We were offered two single blankets instead of a double one! Not only that but if you're taller than 180cm your feet will not be covered. The breakfast was nothing special, taste wise. Yes it was rich in quantity, but everything was less than average in quality. I would only stay there again if it beats the price of a short let apartment.

The location was really nice being able to reach lots of beaches and places we wanted to go by car. Staff was super friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The atmosphere was very relaxed and you could nicely spend an day at the giant pool and have great food from the in house restaurant

Relatively convenient location for those traveling by car, otherwise the place is quite isolated. There is a beach 8 minutes walk away. The location is convenient for those who want to go hiking in the mountains in the north, on the beaches in the west and in the Kalamata area. The breakfast is not very varied but sufficient. There is a restaurant in the place where you can order additional food throughout the day as in any local tavern and at completely reasonable prices. The pool is clean, pleasant and tidy. The staff is welcoming and willing to help with any request. I often received from them a comprehensive explanation and recommendations on trips in the area as well as assistance in communicating with the attractions I was looking for. The rooms are of a reasonable size, slightly outdated furniture, cleaned every day including refreshing sheets and towels.

The water flow in the showers is really weak and it is very inappropriate for a hotel of this level. The internet reception in the area is not good, probably due to the location of the antennas and only in certain places in the hotel area is a reasonable signal received. The hotel has Wi-Fi, but it is also accepted only in specific places. I would expect them to solve this problem.

Location - in the middle of nowhere. Next to huge abandoned resort. Poor bathroom, poor water pressure, not very tidy.

The breakfast options were plenary, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and there was an overall peace and quiet which we enjoyed.

The bathroom didn't have a window of its own so the ventilation was not great.

We have been visiting this hotel regularly the past few years. Everything was great, as always. This place really is value for money.

The only drawback was the two single beds instead of a double bed in the room where we stayed, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Simple but comfortable rooms with all basic amenities available. Buffet breakfast was really good, and though we didn't have time to use the pool it was very big and looked inviting.

Fridge in our bedroom was in poor condition.

The hotel is providing exactly what is promising. Extremely helpful and polite stuff, very good breakfast with a big variety and a big swimming pool that you can enjoy throughout the day.

Only minor problems (but again very minor) was the fact the checkin was slightly delayed (but the stuff was so polite and did everything they could to assist us and speed up the process) and the fact that the cleaning crue came knocking our doors at 16:30 which is considered as a quiet time. Beside this all were great.

It had a pool for us to be able to have a drink in the evening.

Room was so so small you couldn’t open the cupboards or open the doors to the veranda.

Quiet place with long wild beach, you can take care of turtle nests and to clean beach 😀. Good restaurant. Helpful staf.

No markets or taverna on foot distance, no connection to Kalamata, car is a must.

Staff - Evie on reception was extremely helpful with local trip suggestions and sights. Restaurant staff were very friendly and brought chilled water to you poolside. Breakfast - Good, well presented buffet selection. Pool - exceptional for a keen swimmer like me - 3 metres deep and at extremities, 25 metres long! Kept clean, as were loungers and parasols Room - Large comfortable bed with good quality linen, well designed space for the size of room(with the exception that the shower was on the small side and could do with better ventilation and light). Great to have a fridge and well lit dressing table to sit at. Also appreciated having outdoor space/terrace with table and chairs (would benefit from better facilities for dryng towels and swim wear however). Air con worked very well. Location - You definitely need a car to get around as there were no restaurants beyond the hotel in walking distance and most local beach unattractive as sounded like there were wild dogs down there. Nearest beach Anapilisi is very nice - buy a beer and you can make use of a lounger belonging to the authentic taverna (also worth eating lunch there - moussarka was the best I've had) Easy to get to Kalamata (the action, bars and restaurants are on the east side of the marina) Strongly recommend trips to idylic, crystal clear waters of Voidikilia beach near Pylos and Perulia beach (4 wheel drive would have helped access though!). Polilimnio Waterfalls are great but you need to be reasonably fit and agile and wear suitable shoes and clothing for on hands and feet over rocks! East of Kalamata more touristy (Stoupa, Dirou Caves) but magnificent mountain scenery.
