Ambiente muy familiar. Trato excelente, especialmente durante el desayuno. Buena ubicación. Parking. El hotel cumplió con mis expectativas.

Location was terrific with a wonderful pool with terrific views. Breakfast was simple and reasonable value for money. The staff were polite.

The beds were a little uncomfortable as were the pillows. The car park spaces were small and I couldn't park in there on the second night as another car was parked too close to the line making it impossible for me to get out.

The buffet breakfast isn't worth the extra money you pay for it. If I visit again I will eat out and probably pay much less

I think the Hotel is great. Location is excellent within Panticosa and to visit places nearby. Clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this accomodation.

Sometimes room was a bit noisy and breakfast a bit expensive (good quality though)

the mattress felt very soft and old, and my back hurt. I understand it's been difficult times for hotels in the past years, but a decent bed is essential.

It was warm, Had parking and space to keep the snow gear.

The service was excellent, the staff kept the baby's food in the fridge and was always available to help.
