朝食バイキングが豪華でした。１つひとつが温かく保たれていて美味しかったです。生搾りオレンジジュースやリンゴジュースも美味でした。施設はキレイに清掃してあり、全体的に上質な趣でした。アメニティも上質な選択でした。

ski to door hotel at chairlift, such nice staff, so clean and quietly efficient, comfy beds, lovely onsen, good ski rental equipment, magnificent lounges and bars and superb food, lovely fire in the lounge. Still retains the ski lodge vibe.

Secluded, ski-in/out ski resort though is a bit far to reach
Need to improve their facilities like built-in USB ports in the room. Female ofuro (hot bath) area very rundown & too much blockage totally couldn’t enjoy the beautiful snow view outside.

We loved this place! We got dinner and breakfast as part of our package and they were both amazing. The staff were exceptional and being right there in the snow just made it the best trip. This is definitely the best snow we have ever been in and the best service. Cannot wait to go back!!!

Location amazing, very 1950’s vibe and excellent for relaxing with family with adult children. ski on ski out was great and field excellent for beginners/ intermediate skiers with no queues as at far end of the Shiga fields. Staff professional and friendly. loved our 5 nights.

The property is very run down. Most of the staffs at reception do not speak English, which should be fine. However, when we asked them questions. They would just said "no speak English", and did not offer other kind of help. Food is bad.

We travelled with 2 small children, who loved it.
Limited dining nearby. We didn't splurge on the site dinners, although these have to be set up days in advance, so we didn't have the option to change our mind. We ate lunches on the mountain and then instant ramen for dinner. Also they won't let you eat your food in the common areas.
Beds ok for comfort.
Farther up the mountain, but I suppose this leads to less crowds.

We love our stay here this summer, it was exceptional due to its quietness, various activities within the premise of the hotels and within Shiga Koen. Great location for family bonding!
