The staff was amazing, friendly and so helpful! The breakfast was a great surprise! It was a great spread of a little of everything. We really enjoyed it! Location was perfect! Located next to soooo many great places to eat, great stores to shop at and more! Can’t say enough great things about Cien….we’d def go back!

The hotel has a very good location in the city center. We found Metro stations easily. Breakfast was good.

We are more than amazed. The whole flat and room were so cozy, warm and comfy. We loved breakfasts there, there was always a choice what do you want to eat, everything was fresh and clean. Sometimes we wonder if we didn’t enjoy Barcelona so much just because of this apartment. Thank you for having us!! You’re totally mesmerizing and hope to see you someday!!!

The hotel location is really good, it is clean and the room and bathroom are really nice. The bed is comfortable and the staff is really kind and helpful.
There are few stairs inside the room and, as room is small (which I didn't mind) I was constantly hitting them and get hurt but I am quite clumsy I have to say.

Host was very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious coffee a little strong! Shower was big !We loved everything about it but our biggest problem was the size of the room. There was absolutely no room for our luggage. It made it quite difficult .

I felt comfortable in the room, also I was lucky to have an access to this huge and nice terrace.
