The only good thing about this hotel is the connection to another hotel close by where they have a big swimming pool where you can also eat.

The check in was fine, the girl behind the desk was very friendly, we just waited for 2 hours to enter the room, but we knew the check in was at 3 PM. The internet was terrible. We got 5 different connections with passwords, none of them was working immediately and when they were working it was slow. In other places in Coco the internet was fine. We asked for a washing service, but the other girl behind the desk told us they didn’t have this. so we asked if there is a place where we can bring our dirty laundry. The girl send us to a store where they sell washing machines!!! For the breakfast (included) we had a ticket for each day. We had to go next door to a wok restaurant where the smell of wok cooking was still present. The breakfast was so so withe rice, some fruits and old sausage. The next day we had breakfast somewhere else. To go the the other hotel with the swimming pool they offer free transport with a golf car. However, the golf car was broken and the girl behind the desk did not offer a substitute transport. When we asked for a substitute transport she said we could take a taxi on our own expense. When we said that is not the service, she made a long call with the owners and she managed to give us the transport by taxi on their costs to and from the other hotel. The staff was unfriendly and without any feelings, except the girl at the check-in. All of the above does not meet the price of the room, which is overpriced.

They advertise a swimming pool. No pool. Toilet door dont open fully as squeeze to go in. Tiles cracked and filthy. We had to beg for 2 glasses. Breakfast was just ok.

This is false advertisement in no where in the page say that the hotel does NOT have a pool on the facilities. That you have to drive another 1000 yards to get to the "Beach Club" in order for you to go to the swimming pool. That the beach club close at 5PM and that the only car park for the hotel in share with the casino at the hotel so if something happen to your car done by some drunk driver is "your luck!!!" . In summary DO DOT COME HERE. If after this comment you still choose to come here do not book to the app call directly to the hotel that will save you a minimum of $50 per day.

Nice hotel close to the beach and restaurants.

Location was awesome, downtown and walking distance from bars and restaurants.

The room had several small problems to fix. Shower head had to be cleaned - no water coming thru shower head. There was no towel bar in bathroom. Card key was not working every time. Two people charging devices with one half of one outlet working. Lavatory had no stopper in sink which caused loud noise when water was used. All problems were quickly resolved, but items should have not existed before we arrive.
