Our appartment was clean and we had a full kitchen. The AC worked very good and we were able to cool down. They have really a nice pool where our kids could swim and play. They had a lot of deckchairs and parasols so we were able to chill at the pool.

The two bedrom appartment only had a queen double bed 160*200 and a queen 140*200 so we did not have enough room in the beds. in ther living room there was only a small sofa where max 2 people could sit, and it could not be used to sleep on it. In any case the curtain was half broken and you could not dark down the room. Wifi did only work in the kitchen and had i not brough my own SIM-Router that i could use as a repeater, we would not have had internet in the appartmeent

The facility was as pictured in the booking guide. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We need to take the tram into the city and the lady at the desk sold us the tickets and explained their use and location of the tram station. The pool was large, clean and a nice place to relax if you didn't want to go to the beach which was about 1000 yards and 5 minutes walk.

Guests in the apartments to either side of us had children who yelled and screamed until almost midnight. There was no attempt to enforce quiet hours. One of the guests in the apartment next to us left their trash outside their door and I finally took it to the trash bin outside the facility as it was beginning to smell. Still not a reason not to stay!!

The spa is very good. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent in all options. They bring it to the apartment.

Very nice apartment, out of crowded Rimini. The apartment is very close to Metromare, easy way to go to city center ( for just 1.5 EUR, the ticket you can buy in the bus).The apartment is well equipped - everything what you need in kitchen, iron, air conditioning in all rooms. We had very nice sea view from our apartment at 5th floor. All guests can use swimming pool with bar (you can order there aperol spiritz for just 4 EUR). The bicycles were available (first 4 hours for free). If we go to Rimini, we will come back to apartment.

For me it was ok, however the apartment is around 0.5km from the beach (the beach 150- the last one in Rimini). The Rimini airport is very close, but the planes you can hear only during weekdays.

Very nice aparthotel with a lovely swimming pool. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Really clean.

Everything was clean and the staff was lovely.

The appartment was nice, spacious and very clean. There was air conditioning, a very clean kitchen and a nice balcony. The hotel is situated at about 600 m from the sea. Good internet also.

It was a great esperienceit was a fantastic experience. The staff was very hospitable, especially with my puppies. The apartment was clean and spacious. Parking was at no extra cost. It had different breakfast menus and was served in the room. I look forward to coming back.

Very helpfull personal. They helped us to save problems, when our car broke.

Room was clean, tidy, had enough towels. Slippers were ok.

Wifi is too slow, sometimes you cant watch a youtube video without stopping every 30 seconds

-In General : the room it self is GOOD and BIG. - Wide and comfort bed. - Amenities in the room are good - Fast check-in/out -Parking

-Service : the Heating system was not working, even I called the reception twice , and they sent the technician but do nothing . -The facilities in the room are good, but it will be better to add kittle and/or espresso machine. -we stayed for 4 nights : I suggest they should clean the apartment at least each 2 days . -Sauna costs Eur 80/hr !!
