The location is good, check in worked out fine. The room was spacious und clean.

The cooking equipment is bad as expected in such apartments. No cutting board, knives aren't usable. The smaller bed is saggy in the middle. Rather pricy.

The location was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. The restaurant was very nice and had a good variety on the menu. The staff are very friendly.

The front desk was only monitored from 2 PM to 6 PM. I had to shorten my stay due to an emergency and they would not refund me the difference which is very distressing as I lost about $400. I informed the front desk of my early departure. The front desk checked me out and said they would have the room available for rent to other clients yet I did not get a partial refund.

I like the style of Elisabeth Apartment. This is the second time we stay here. The first time , we chose the apartament in the last floor and all was ok but to take 4 floors is not easy specially with luggage . But this time we take the room in the second floor( 1st floor for Germán people) was marvellous, the place is very charmy , confortable and have a good location. Was a good placer to spent our vacations.

I like everything, but only to recomend something, the matress and pillows could be better .

Location is very central. Check in, check out is easy.

The cuttlery was just put back dirty into the cupboad by previous renters (yoghurt on the spoons), and the staff did not check. It was disgusting. There was one regular glass, we used wine glasses to drink water. One of the windows was broken. Because the location is very central (which is generally good) it was very loud until midnight because of the bars and cafes in the street. When staff was confronted with this, they were very apologetic and friendly, but said contractors were contacted and could not fix it right away. They offered financial compensation for this twice which they said whould need to be approved from the boss. But I never heard back and after the second try I stopped asking. Would not recommend this place to a friend.

Superior location directly across from church, elegant unique room. High ceilings, lots of sun, kitchen. Reasonably priced cafe on ground floor. Responded quickly to emails.

A bit noisy, to be expected on a busy square. No air conditioning (we were there in hot august).

It was very spacious It had everything needed for cooking. We only stayed for one night but if you stay for more nights it is a great option to buy food at the supermarket and cook it there. Very nice location, walking distance from the main station and also very close from the city centre.

One of the windows was not working properly so a lot of noise came from the street. Also, the water from the kitchen was not working, if we wanted a glass of water or if we wanted to wash something, it had to be in the bathroom.

The staff is really nice. And the facilities are clean and sanitary. Really have a nice night.

The price was fair and the location was great for seeing the old town.

We could hear street noise at night, but there was no bedroom fan so we had to choose noise or a hot room. I wish there had been a separate living room space rather than a combined living room/second bedroom.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The room is very clean and comfortable. We really like it!

We were pleasantly surprised especially with the cleanliness, how well the apartment was stocked with simple basics, room temperature on arrival, extra pillows and any needed supplies to make us feel at home, so quiet and comfortable. Apartment felt newly remodeled and was simply charming. This apartment was in the separate building by the church, not in the main building where reception is. Carolin, the staff person, welcomed us superbly and walked down the street with us to our room, even carried one of our luggage! She's excellent. The restaurant staff is equally warm and professional. Food was great, environment calm and clean. I like this option much better than the other hotels we've seen in town.

We have no complaints. But I will recommend that if you are choosing between a room in the main building (where reception and restaurant are) versus down the street in the more expensive family suites, take the family suites if you want maximum comfort. We have stayed in both, and the apartment advertised for "up to six people" was more newly remodeled, completely silent, very comfortable setup, extra supplies, amenities. In the older building, we also had a larger unit, but the furniture and layout is more basic, older, and cheap feeling. Not bad by any means, but the newer family street down the street (upstairs from Tokyo Sushi) was way above par.
