The house is very beautiful and comfortable! a lot of parking lots available in front of the main entrance.

Flat is bigsize and in a quiet neighborhood where plenty of parking is available. Building is good with lift. Flat is on 13th floor so get a good view and has all the amenities. Host was good and provided juice and coffee capsules for the stay.

Bathroom was not clean well and no shampoo available. Coffee machine was really dirty so couldn't use capsules even after washing it many times. Beds not comfortable at all. Host will charge you for everything like late check in kid under 3, city tax etc.

Everything was perfect, Gianni, his wife and son are very welcoming people. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable for our group. They are very attentive with us. Barbara is always online and ready to answer to any questions we have. Our first time in Milan really did not disappoint.

Nothing much, just a little bit far from center if you are here for the first time. But the tram is right infront so it's easy to access. The only difficult for us is it's hard to get from airport to here with public transportation as you need to change to multiple options.

The host Giavanni was waiting at the apartment. It was a real task to get to by train as there was a taxi strike. He was kind and helped us with alternate directions by metro etc. there is a tram station close by. He also offered to book a cab when we were leaving. Nice guy! The house is a good size and has everything basic you need. But the house needs some uplifting. There was a basic kitchen we did not use and towels provided. The sheets were ok but the blankets which were there were not up to mark. They seemed dirty and had no covers on them. The building is average but seemed safe with good security locks.

When we reached we asked the host if there was an iron and washing machine as was mentioned in the listing.. The iron did not work so we watsap him to figure out. His wife called and yelled at me saying everything works. Then she said no need for us to use appliances and I should instead go the the laundromat behind the building. I was really taken aback. She was so rude. She even told me she had a life beside the apartment so stop asking her or her husband anything else and instead go out of the house. And this was the only thing we requested- an iron. Not pleasant at all. It made me really uneasy. The bathroom is worn out and the shower has low pressure and hot water is not stable. It comes and goes. There is only a hand shower. The bed is quite uncomfortable. The air conditioner barely worked. For what they are charging, you are better off in a hotel. The clothes drying rack was also broken. The location is really far from the main restaurant and bars area of Navigilli. Almost 20 min by tram which is pretty irregular at night. There is nothing around here and it’s really quiet at night. You won’t find a soul on the streets post 9pm. It’s mainly residential. Overal besides good size of apartment, there’s not much to talk about. They charged a huge cleaning fee but that’s for after we leave but not to clean the apartment during the stay. The city tax was collected in cash. No idea why not in the original charges.

Spacious, well equipped apartment, nice host, good contact, I can recommend it to everyone
