A proper breakfast that you can take outside in a basket, if weather permitting. Great location for trips around Tuscany. 15 minutes away from Siena. Quiet location.

The perfect location, the delicious breakfast, the property and the facilities, the silence. Cinzia and Massimo were amazing hosts ans gave us great tips for our visit. It was a perfect stay and would definitely book it again!

Cinzia and Massimo are wonderful people, amazing hosts, and couldn’t do enough to help me. I was travelling alone, and they helped and looked after me beyond the call of duty. It is absolutely beautiful there, so peaceful and restorative. Amazing breakfast. Just perfect. I will be back .

Nothing

Our hosts were the most accommodating and thoughtful we'd experienced while in Italy. The room was well appointed, including a full kitchen that we took advantage of. We had breakfast by the pool with the incredible breakfast basket that included homemade pastries, yogurts, fruits, eggs, cheese, granola and juices. We also enjoyed some wine will watching a perfect Tuscan sunset poolside. We would definitely stay here again if we visited the Sienna region in the future.

The hosts are really nice, and the place is sparkling clean. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. It's situated very convinient in a quiet place, but you also have an express road at about 1-1.5km away, that you can use to get around quickly.

Beatiful place with friendly hosts. Rooms are decoreted with big attention to details. You can feel atmosphere of Tuscany village. We rent 2 rooms which were next to each other connected by a common room. That was very convinient. Breakfast delivered in baskets is a great idea as you can eat in the garden next to the pool. We were asked about special diet and recieved no dairy breakfest for our allergic child. For other meals you must go by car to restaurants. The pool is nice, big enough and has a beatiful view. I like the atmosphere of the house.

Wine glasses in the room would be a nice addition.
