Locatie,
ruime kamer heel goed bed.
Weinig lawaai van honden of verkeer.
Voldoende faciliteiten op de kamer aanwezig .
Vriendelijk onthaal.
het ontbijt : Weinig keuze - warm buffet was niet lekker en niet verzorgd. Yogurt is vers.
Verlichting : verander de lampen in warm licht en het wordt een ander warm hotel.
Het restaurant : nog niet uitgeprobeerd omdat er te veel lawaai was. Zal ik zeker volgende keer proberen.

Everything was amazing the room was so beautiful decorated and very large it was like home from home. The staff was amazing they was so helpful and polite. I would definitely go there again. The breakfast was good

The staff was excellent. The room was beautiful. I would like to stay there again.
Unfortunately, to many people in the surrounding area were bothering me for money. I had to pay my cab driver 2 blocks before I got to the hotel because I had to quickly exit the cab so not to give anyone time to approach me for money. Also, I paid for a suite and had a friend who planned to visit with me for an hour and the security guard told me she could not come to my room. How can you tell someone who pays for a suite they cannot have a visitor for an hour.

I arrived and was a bit confused about the location of the front desk which is in the back past the restaurant but once checked in, the desk staff helped me to my room and checked me in. The room and bathroom were big and modern. The location is right across from a park and close to the pier and restaurants.
The breakfast could have been a bit more expansive but mostly ok.

The rooms were very modern and had everything needed
The hotel 'offers' soundproof rooms, but at the same time, they are organizing extremely loud concerts on their premises without informing guests (until 1 am in the morning). Moreover, they reacted very aggressively when I brought it up at the reception. This hotel must be avoided.

The breakfast wasn't varied but substantial. Fresh fruit and bread available on a daily basis & staff provided freshly squeezed juice on request.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful & always available.
The room was a very good size and liked the living room area plus the bathroom was huge and spacious.
The hotel is centrally located so most restaurants were 5 to 20 mins walk away.
The WiFi was a bit sketchy in some parts of the room upstairs and the breakfast could be more varied- same items every day.

The hotel was in a great location right in the city centre. Our breakfast was very nice and it was great that the hotel included a bar which was convenient for a few drinks at the end of the night. The staff also ordered us taxis to and from the airport at a fair rate which was helpful.
The lighting in the room could have been better and also there were no curtains for the window with frosted glass in our room so it tended to get really light early in the mornings.

The hotel is located in front of the Amílcar Cabral plaza, close to the port and several restaurants. The location is good if you want to explore the city, as it is fairly close to all points of interest. The beach is not that close, but a 15/20 minutes walk. The man in the lobby was nice and helpful.
The hotel has a bar where you can have drinks and eat something. The place was safe, with two security doors.
Breakfast just ok. I asked for an invoice but never got it.

Great location by the live music clubs and tranquil and leafy praca novo, as well as a stone’s throw to central area with restaurants.
