Schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes und natürliches Frühstück, gute Lage direkt am Highway und nur je 10-15 Minuten von New Haven und dem Meer entfernt

I had just come from a barbaric cervical surgery in NyCity. I had to stay close to the hospital for 3 additional nights as per Drs Orders. I had no idea what to expect, but in a college town - it wasn't much. However - I was so impressed I stated that I could live in the king suite

Securtiy guard hanging out with friends at 3am outside my window. Right outside main entrance making a ruckus for 2 full hours.

My room was not cleaned for some unknown reason. No apology or why it happened.

I love staying here. My daughter goes to the University and it is nice and close to her.

That the hotel got rid on the University of New Haven discount so it makes staying there too pricey compared to other hotels in the area that offer the University discount.

Nice variety of food including healthy fresh.

Hair dryer in room not working.

Modernes, recht neues Hotel, vom Highway schnell zu erreichen. Alles gut. Perfekte kleine Küche. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Gym.

Jeglicher Spaziergang am Abend nicht möglich, alles eingeschlossen von Straßen, definitiv keine. Chance für Fußgänger.

Breakfast offered 2 hot cooked options usually a egg of some sort and a meat bacon or sausage...oatmeal pastries fresh fruit. It was always replenished rapidly.

The breakfast was okay. I like the fact the environment was quiet (except for a dog that kept barking next door). I also like the ice machine on the corridors- a life saver for the heat wave

When I arrived, I didn't have my card and was willing to pay all the deposit in cash. Even though I called Booking.com who in turn called the Facility, I wasn't checked in until i found a means to pay by card. I was at the reception for 5 hours! Also, one of the mornings at breakfast, I had asked a female waiter for a fork as there were none on the table, she was very rude and went on to say it was her last day and she was nobody's maid. For the price, service should be excellent especially customer service
