bathroom glass to shower was covered in soap scum. wall around AC unit was peeling pretty badly. Got back to the hotel after our concert to have a maroon van, license plate # CPK 5529 New York plate blocking the driveway, the passenger door was open with a passenger sitting in the seat. After waiting 5 minutes the passenger proceeds to get out of the van and walk around to the other side, completely ignoring the fact that because the passenger door was open I could not get by with my truck. I beeped and asked “ can you close the door” to when another passenger male walked over to me and told me to calm down. I felt as though the guest at this hotel are quite ignorant.
From the hours of 1am-3am the upstairs occupants continuously banged around, running ect. woke us up multiple times.

I was charged 3 times for one room and no one helped me with fixing the issue. Now I have overdrawn fees for $225.

I am so sad that I cannot recall the woman's name that took our order for breakfast; she was absolutely lovely! We had such a nice discussion while we waited for our breakfast to be made (I believe her son was the cook!) The food was very good. The hotel just completed the renovations that I read others discussing; almost everything appears to be done. The bar/dining area aesthetic is good, and everything there and in the room was very clean. The staff was polite and very accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.
There are still a few areas that they are working on updating as a part of the renovation; honestly, it is the carpeting in the elevator, and the wood furniture in the room appeared to be a bit worn, but was still sturdy (can't blame them for recycling if the items are still in good functional form) No other complaints at all.
