Room was better than lobby. Breakfast was good

Bathroom was dirty...had a half used toilet paper roll on dispenser...lobby was dirty. First thing you see is lots of filth on check in counter. For $178 per night you would expect it to be clean and front desk to be professional.

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. The entire facility smelled so fresh and clean. That's extremely appealing to me.

The pool was not accessible. With 2 grandkids needing to move around after a 6 hour ride, that was extremely frustrating. I was counting on that. There was also something fascia pink on one of the walls.

It was a little further from our destination so it was perfect if you’re considering less people traffic.

There was a red stain on the floor but everything else was perfect !

Good location to places that we wanted to close. Things were in close proximity.

The first room that we checked into room 309 was not clean. There was left over trash, bugs in the windowsill, the sheets on the bed were not clean. The toilet paper holder was not affixed to the wall. There was mold & rust around the shower floor, the shower door was not clean. Several walls had black scuffing's on them.... Was moved to a second room 415. Walls missing paint on them, the room needed to be cleaned thoroughly. The pillows were stained, twist tie was under the sheets when the covers were pulled back. Removed the sheets provided & went to purchase sheets & covers for stay due to not wanting to take a chance with getting other linens that may have the same problems. Table by the bed was Nasty - looked like soda/coffee/juice had been wasted on the stand & was not cleaned. Went to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room. Bed was missing some railing on headboard. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, unable to obtain a pleasant shower. Unable to enjoy/partake in breakfast due to other patrons picking up food with bare hands & not using the utensils provided. Due to these issues we cut our trip short returned home early. This was supposed to be a pleasant vacation, to celebrate our 1 year anniversary . Due to subpar standards at this facility our anniversary was not what we planned it to be. For the amount that we paid for this trip & the hotel we were expecting a pleasant experience & visit to Kemah. It was a location neither of us had every been. Because of this we are considering cancelling our IHG account which my wife has had for almost 10 years & we will be informing friends/family & any one who will listen NOT to visit this location.

The property was nice and the staff was really great and helpful. the rooms were so huge and comfortable and don’t get me started on the ac it was superb. The breakfast was amazing. Omg the beds super comfy soft yet firm!!

It was kind of hard to find cause it was hidden.

Staff was friendly. Room was big.

Wasn't very clean, room or breakfast area. We got to breakfast at 9:10, ends at 9:30. Pretty much everything was gone and nothing restocked. But from what I could see most likely existed earlier than we got there, they seemed to have a good variety.

The breakfast was hit or miss. I would go to get coffee and twice, each morning, there was no coffee. Then there were no cups, the second day, they never put out lids. Whenever the cereal ran out, that was it for the day. Even though someone was supposedly monitoring it, they enver refilled much of anything that I saw. I would have picked a different place to stay if I'd known we'd be paying for breakfast out anyway.

Absolutely nothing they were rude from the time we got there they were rude when we asked to Have a late check out because there was so much noise on the floor all night They even overcharged me

The windows were so dirty. There were deer outside the window, but we couldn’t get good pics because they were so dirty.
