Das Hotel könnte schön sein, aber es kümmert sich leider niemand um irgendetwas.

Beim Frühstück war leider fast alles aus. Dem Personal schien das leider ziemlich egal zu sein. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer.

Most of the staff was very friendly. Dray at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. The room attendants also did a good job.

The bathtub in the handicap room was very slippery and did not have any bars to hold on to. No place to put anything in the bathroom, no hooks, shelves, stands, seems unfinished.

It looked nice from the outside

It was not clean, needed updating. Looked new from the outside but definitely not inside. Breakfast was horrible, didn’t even eat because most things they were out of and not restocking all before 7:30 in the morning.

Comfortable bed and pillows

The breakfast was good. Hours were good.

They didn’t have yogurt. I and told the cleaning people if they could clean in an hour and they didn’t .

The bf was good. There was a man always refilling and cleaning during breakfast. the beds were comfy. The room was clean and smelled good.

the restaurant at night wasn’t that good. I liked the cheese sticks and Mac n cheese. stay away from the meatloaf.

I really like there is a kitchen at the hotel serving until 10 PM also selling alcohol drinks. The room was big and clean. Bed was comfy. I like the bottle water in the room and the coffee machine. Hotel is 15 min away from Nasa, 40 min away from Galveston and about 45 min away from Houston downtown, people should consider these distances according to their needs.

A waffle maker would be great at the breakfast for families with children.
