very good property, great location for old town and Jewish quarter easy to walk everywhere

The only positive thing was the location of the apartement. it is a few minutes away from the centrum of Krakow.

Online the appartement looked pretty nice. Nice beds, a nice living space. But when we arrived we were surprised. The first thing we saw was the living room. Dirty chairs full of stains, the couch was dirty and the pillows too. the kitchen looked okay the utensil drawer was only dirty and thats a shame. Then there were big drawers in the kitchen, when we opened those they were stuffed with towels inside a plastic bag, not really sanitary. also the fridge was dirty inside. Then we checked the bathrooms and they honsetly were quite nice, the first one was only relly small and the second bathroom with the bathtub was quite nice there only was a closet inside of it filled with cleaning stuff and a washing machine that was hidden. The worst came last: the bedrooms. We couldnt believe what we saw. there was one bed with a matress and the matress had stains on it and the bad was not made. The other bedrooms didnt have a matress and were really uncomfortable. The pillows were disgusting!! every one of them was covered with yellow stains. In the closets were extra pillows but everyone of them was dirty. I contacted the accomodation saying we were not happy and the pillows were disgusting. The lady asked me the next morning to send her pictures and i did, this was after our first night there. we already went outside and she asked me if she could send a cleaning crew but it could only be untill 2-3pm. and we were not planning on waiting for the cleaning crew so i asked her for a compensation because me and my friends were considering leaving the apartement. then she asked me to send her photos and i sent her some pictures. Again she began about changing the pillows for us and didnt reply to my question. She would not understand the situation and after i explained it she ignored me and i did not get a reply. I complained through booking.com ande they managed to give us a little compensation of 50 euros but compared with what we have paid that was nothing.

big, spacious, good value in regards to the amount of space and rooms you have

old and quite dirty. beds were basically like lying on the ground. usually this wouldn’t be worth mentioning, but this was probably the least bed like bed I’ve ever slept on.

Very close to the centre and was really spacious. Balcony was a nice extra touch

As we went as a large group, we found there wasn’t enough mirrors and lacked in cleaning accessories (tea towels and dish clothes). &would suggest more coat hangers in the rooms.

Great location and very spacious, we were a group of 6. The kitchen is very well equipped, we had a pleasant New Year’s citybreak.
