Very friendly and helpfull staff excellent pool and health suite

Nothing everything was 1st class great value for money have booked to stay there again

Having to o leave at 10 iclock on checkout day 12 would be better.

Location was excellent the entertainment on Friday and saturday was excellent unable to try out a lot of the othere facilities because of the very poor weather

Know it was self catering but would have been a nice gesture to provide some necessities ie, towels, tea towel and few toilet rolls, bin bags.

Fabulous place lots of things going on all day fantastic for kids and this visit we didn’t take the grandkids and enjoyed the adult entertainment in the adult bar amazing

The location is ideal for us, a short walk into Silloth, which is a place we like. Also places like, Keswick, Cockermouth, Workington are easy to get to from the site. The apartment had a nice new shower, and central heating, which was available to use day and night.

The settee, and chair were very badly stained, but nothing rubbed off onto us. The attachments on the fridge door were missing, making it difficult to get everything into the small fridge. The main problem for us was parking, I think the bays should be numbered to each apartment. When we came back at night, sometimes we couldn’t park, and had to go right to the front of the site, and have a cold walk back to the apartment. There was parking for seven cars at the back of the apartment, ( I know because for a few days seven of us did park there ) so when we couldn’t park at the front we’d go to the back. But when new arrivals came,often people parked without considering others, so only five cars could get in, and again we couldn’t.

Not enough storage. No hooks for jackets, dressing gowns, wet towels or hand towel in bathroom. Nowhere to put shoes. Wardrobe space very small and awkward. Also hate beds not being made up.
