Its a great location, just a short walk to restaurants and Woolworths. Great for families as the rooms are very spacious and clean.

Very clean, convenient location and comfy bed. The staff members are friendly, and provide us with the map and some travel information which is very useful.
The room is a bit small but it's reasonable for a motel. Quite expensive during Xmas and NY period.

Did not see a staff member. Outside sign "no vacancy" but all other rooms empty - we were the only ones on site. That was good - exceptionally quiet. Very good outside / BBQ facilities but unfortunately weather awful. Excellent location - short walk to waterfront area. Lovely town. Room clean / very good.
No staff for advice about town and facilities. Otherwise very good.

Absolutely spotless property and wonderful value for money. The owner, Michael, is just completely lovely, welcoming, friendly, and a font of knowledge regarding where to go to enjoy the best of everything in Lakes Entrance. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with the bathroom in our room having been renovated to an exceptionally high standard. We will definitely stay here again, thank you Michael 😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mainly it’s location, walking distance to all that you need for a nights stay. Room was clean and had the basics, staff friendly. Having a room overlooking the water with a couple of chairs outside, nice situation.
A bedtime table on both sides of the bed. General update required.

Very friendly manager, Michael, who was also helpful in giving advice re local area.
An extra couple of pillows on the bed for sitting up.
A box of tissues in the room would have been welcome.
Would love a screen door to allow the breeze to come through.

LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT, RIGHT OPPOSITE THE LAKE, HAD TABLE AND CHAIRS OUTSIDE TO ENJOY THE VIEW. BLOODY PERFECT!

Good location, good parking, had everything we needed for a quick stay. We thought we would come up again with our boat as the location and parking was so good.

Spacious and clean room with all the equipment we needed, the owner/staffs are very nice and helpful, we loved the BBQ facility with a big grass area. We had a nice walk along the water and the beach. We only stayed one night but we would love to spend longer next time.
