Locația e greu de găsit, confuzie totala,adresa de pe sait incorecta,nu se specifică câte locații "Magnolia"există....1.. .2.......9..... și a trebuit să umblăm în Varna pt informați.... Una din locații era ocupată total de ucrainieni,avea și recepție și doar ei au fost F. F. F. amabili și ne-au ajutat sa găsim locația noastră. Pentru ei,multe mulțumiri!!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏
Nu era curățenie.....receptie...am fi dorit.o .gazda mai implicată ce putea sa ne îndrume.. Am pierdut 2 ore până am găsit locația. Adresa de pe sait,incorectă.....

Had an easy check in and check out. Close to the beach with groceries and everyday supplies at hand.
Real nice view (seaside) and studio. Appreciated the aesthetic and practicability(boiler, washing machine, real comfy bed).
Also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and sugar, perfect for our stay.
The chair is perfect for reading.
There is a switch on/off for the boiler next to the light switch, I found out what it does after showering in cold water. I suggest labeling it for future guests.

The view, location close to restaurants, parking place, the kitchen with all utilities.
This is a minor thing. The TV's smart menu wasn't working (Netflix and YouTube). It got stuck whenever we tried to play something. Usually we watch something online when we go to bed. My Chromecast broke also during the vacation, so we couldn't use it on the tv.

Enough space, nice balcony, nice shower, well-equipped.
The location and the parking were not great.Also, ideally the bedrooms would have blinds, so light does not come in. The white curtains were not really enough.

The location was clean and comfy. The kitchen had everything you need in it.
The view is exactly like in the images you can easily see the Balck Sea from the location. It was very nice to have the small garden to enjoy morning coffee.
The closest beach is Kabakum Beach not really the Golden Sands.

The studio is very modern and well equipped! The view is great and the beach is very near. You have everything you need in the studio and the staff is very polite. I would definitely come back!

Very happy with the kitchenette, very well equipped.
Also the modern and very well equipped rooms, TVs in every room, Air-conditioning also, very modern shower.

The apartment is located on the edge of the Kabakum Beach. The apartment is clean and pleasant. There is everything you need for normal functioning like in the home. Great sea view from the terrace. Peace and quiet. Beach three minutes walk. On the beach paid zones but also no fee areas. Close to a small shop. Five a minutes walk to the beachfront restaurants. An ideal place for a family holiday. The host is nice and very helpful (Sonia, you are great! Thanks for all). I recommend!

For sure this is one of the best places in the area. The apartment is nicely decorated and has an incredible view to the sea. Very clean as well! Loved our stay here and would definetly return. I rarely give 5 stars, but this place really deserves it.

The view is amazing. The facilities are great.
The hotel was quite away from the main beaches. There were no restaurants around.
