Great place with extremelly spacious rooms, a place where the concept “All Inclusive” stands out:the food it’s available all day long, the most important place in the building(the bar, ofcourse) also available till midnight with a wide variaty of drinks for everyone; guarded underground parking and loads of things to do inside & outside of the hotel plus everyone was so attentive(starting with the ppl from reception, bar & dinning area too). Every night around 20.30 they’ve had a 30’ show for kids(dancing&singing) where after 21.00 the adults show came into action and you would’ve been entertain by the host till almost midnight. Strongly recommend Melia Grand Hermitage and we would gladly return here with pleasure.

Wi fi lasa de dorit!

Complex mare, impunator, destul de bine organizat. Camera este mare, curata, baia are si cada si cabina de dus, ceea ce este un plus. Pat foarte mare, confortabil. In principiu gasesti cam tot ce ai nevoie, un plus in perioada in care am fost cazat aici a fost faptul ca era destul de liber (putini turisti).

La capitolul mancare clar trebuie schimbat ceva... cu putina rabdare gasesti sa mananci cate ceva, dar sunt greu de gasit preparate care sa aiba gust (cam toate carnurile tari, salamuri/bacon cu gust destul de ciudat, asa-zisa omleta din punctul meu de vedere necomestibila). Nici ca diversitate bucataria nu se ridica la nivelul altor hoteluri de aici (chiar cu 3-4 stele). Bauturile destul de proaste (ceva mai bunicica berea de la barul Roma). As putea presupune ca fiind in extrasezon a scazut calitatea, ceea ce nu ar trebui sa se intample, dar tind sa cred ca este la fel si in sezon. La acest tarif ar fi putut sa includa si parcarea, dar din pacate se plateste 25 leva/zi.

Savršeno mesto za odmor porodice. Ljubazno osoblje, a animatori zaslužuju svaku pohvalu, sjajni u radu sa decom (bravo za Evu). Hrana raznovrsna, plaža blizu hotela...

Voda u dečijem bazenu bi možda trebala biti toplija za koji stepen.

For Romanians:it is better value for the money you pay than any location in Romania. Even if romanian it is the most spoken language in the resort the people were decent and act decent. I liked the staff - hard working and easy going. Some could learn some English. Food was good enough but repetitive but it is understandable. Instead one could try the Al Dente or American restaurant. Good facilities for kids and also entertainment.

Too many poeple on a not so wide surface if I am to compare to similar resorts in Turkey. In this case I would recommend LEVEL. The fact that people "reserve" with a towel the sunbeds early in the morning even if they do not use them.

I will try to find something on the positive side for this hotel, even though is very difficult to find it. To be noted that we only go to 5stars hotels and we went to 5stars Melia in 5 different countries and we never been so disappointed as we were here. It was the first time in Bulgaria...and most probably the last time. The hotel is big and close to the seaside, however a very very narrow beach. It is some kind of resort, so it has most of the facilities included. We booked a The Level Deluxe Apartment which has 80sqm for 8 nights, however, it is not an apartment, no separate rooms, only one big room, a very very tiny balcony and a big bathroom. If you will still want to go to this hotel after my review, you should definitely pay for the level package, otherwise you will fill like the chaos is unleashed. The level package has a different swimming pool, sun beds, garden, restaurant (but the same food) and a "customized" check-in/check-out, which means that you wait for the room, as everyone else does, but you have a glass of some drink :))), don't fool yourself, is not customized from the hour perspective. So, the level is good, but if you want to go on the beach, there is a chaos. No rules, everybody reserves sun-beds putting their towels, even though you are not allowed to do so, nobody is checking, so, even if you come at 7am at the beach, all sun-beds are already taken, but nobody comes there until 10-11am.

Mostly everything, but i will try to summarize it. The hotel is big, but it was a 5stars hotel in 2005, now i would hardly give them a 3stars hotel.They have no hygiene rules, people are taking the food with their hands, not using spoons, or taste the food with the same spoon. Nobody is checking this, it is a place full of germs and bacteria. The "apartament" is big enough, but is not an apartment is just a big room with veryyy old and dirty furniture and veryyy disgusting carpet which was never vacuum or washed during our stay, most likely not before. We have an 19months kid and he was picking everything from the floor, and you don't want to know how many types of hair or food we found. The balcony is very small 2sqm (maximum) extremely small i might say for an 80sqm room. We came in the room and we made the mistake to not check the tv, which was unplugged. The next day we tried to turn it on and we realized that it was broken, we told them and instead of changing it, they tried to accuse us of braking it and the reason was that we have a small child and f he broke it😳. The bathroom is very big with bathtub and shower, however, you can only use the bathtub for jacuzzi because it doesn't have a shower cap, so if you have a kid, don't make hopes that you can use it. The shower cabin, on the other hand, it has a lot of rust and the shower cap is very old and full of calcare/limestone, i won't continue with the wc. The restaurant is separate from the main restaurant, however the food is the same. The plates were dirty and we were always trying to find some clean ones, we asked the staff and they said that they have only those plates :). The food was awful, and we also found hair in it and some salami which was way past the availability period( we told them and nothing changed). As a result of this, my son got ill in the 4th day of our stay, with an enterocolitis and a 40degrees fever.

We were pleasantly surprised by the facilities of this hotel, although it is very large, it was not crowded either at the restaurant, bar or pool. I always found sunbeds on the beach. Ideal for families with children (slides, playgrounds, swimming pools for all, entertainers). Diversified food and drink (I loved the seafood).

Everything was perfect. More attention to details that in the previous years. It was the third time we booked Melia and this time we’ve seen a visible improvement.

It is well organized, you don’t have to wait too ling for taking food. The staff is nice. A lot of vegetation. The room and bathroom is very spacious and clean.

Very crowded in every common spaces like main restaurant, pool and beach. In the main restaurant is very noisy due to the large number of people. At the pool is a low space between sun-beds and the music was too loud.

For The children they had entertainment but only with adult(parent) supervision. We found out there. The food is 3 stars at most and the restaurants are open until 9 p.m. The drinks are of poor quality even at the level all inclusive and most of the bars close at 7 p.m. the internet does not work in the rooms. They treat smokers really bad. they have only one location în The hotel to smoke and The balcony of The room. They have so many hour limitations to The facilities were we wanted to have fun. The pool, The bar, The restaurant, The children playground closes at 17!!!. All closed well before bedtime. If i were to rate The services în The hotel i would rate them 3 stars. Only The hotel is a 5 star hotel. You pay less then a 5 star Resort, but you get less too. Even if you get upgrade to The level. And that was very disapointing.

In first room that we stayed was a big problem with ants. So many ants on balcony, room, bathroom also in bed. Food not so great and not enough staff at reception.

The hotel is very clean, with large rooms ,each with balcony. It has all the amenities you need. The outdoor pool is big enough. The staff very kind and ready to help. Overall, a great experience.
