The spectacular location of it.

The reception was shaky, since we did not have a mobile phone with internet connection nor SIM card. And they use either WhatsApp (?!) or some text. Older travellers like me are not that good with these gadgets. And since we got there late in the afternoon, no one was there in person. Thankfully a friend called and communicated with the persons responsible. Anyway, "Reception" and Keys delivery should have been faultless.

not really big enough for a family of four, no where to store suitcases or rubbish wifi code was incorrect apartment needs some attention, a bit scruffy and grubby toilet parts need replacing, 50/50 chance the toilet would flush very smelly drains / plumbing washing machine failed to work on first cycle we emailed and called agents on details provided on booking.com to address the issues at the start but gave up after poor response, it turns out they replied on whatsapp which we didn’t see until we returned home during our stay the weather was very good & hot, the apartment faces the sun for the majority of the day and was uncomfortably hot at night without air-conditioning. neither bedroom has a window so airflow was poor despite the fans provided

The design was good and thought through, but be prepared for that the apartment is used, i.e. it gave a raw and nice design feeling. One example is the concrete floor, which is much warmer than tiles (which is good), but more raw looks. Not so big flat, but had everything, including room to live. Almost only sound was waves breaking the shore.

Some strange smell outside the apartment, in the corridor. Not so good first impression, but since I liked the apartment I just held my nose for a week (seriously). Got warm in the bedrooms if doors were closed. Some neighbour talked very loud some night. Don't know if it was one of those senior citizens, because I only met that category of people in the building.

Great location with sea view. Easy to go and swim. Plenty of shops and restaurants.

We had a lot of problems with the keys and the lock of the door. Once we had to stay out two hours waiting for help. Easy to hear what is happening in the neighbour apartment. Luckily, our neighbours were rather quite. The flat is rather modest and small. We were two-three days without wifi because of problems in the network.

Great Balcony and light airy lounge area, clean and comfortable. Perfect location. Good value for money
