was nice location and nice apartment, very friendly owner

The host was very kind and helpful. The location is good and easily accessible with car. The parking is on the street but there were always a place to park near the facility.
We would recommend a few enhancements for increasing the comfort for a loner stay, like bottle opener, microwave and shower holder. The last will help to not flood the bath as there is no water drainage but the one in the bathtub.

The host was very helpful and very gentle. The apartment was very comfortable and perfectly clean. It is wide enough and very well distributed inside. It is internally renovated with modern forniture. Second floor with no lift in a residential environment (living as a local). It is located about 10 Kms far from Cologne, but easily accesible through the motorway. It has public transport nearby, although we didn't use it.
