Property was excellent. Good sized bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. very clean and in the perfect location.

rent fees there are 7 steps before reaching the lift the parquet floor making noise when walking could wake up my parents at night when I’m moving the stove on the kitchen is an induction stove where special item can only be suitable for it. if you use other types of pots the stove will not work. this was a little bit hard because some pots for Turkish or Arabic coffee are not suitable for this stove also the pressure pots are not suitable for it. but you can boil your coffee using the pots available in the apartment. there are plenty of them

this property definitely has soul to it, every detail made to secure comfortable stay as if you were at home. a separate big thank you to Paulina, who received us very warmly in our uneasy situation and generally confirms the fact that the world is full of wonderful people. 🤗

Communiction with our host Chris and manger Paulina was excellent.Paulina helped us out with an an early checking and met the rest of the group later in the evening , as we had different arrival times. The apartment was spotless, cosy , nicely furnished and spacious. Well equipped and with modern decor and sound proofing. (Do not let the exterior of the building put you off! ) A home away from home. The location was superb. Close to Old town. Lots of restaurants to choose from close by. A massive shopping mall just across the street . I would highly recommend this accomadation, would definately stay there again .We had a wonderful stay.

The location was good, opposite the train station and the mall, and not very far from the old town area. There was a small supermarket as well round the corner. The nespresso machine and the coffee capsules were a pleasant addition.

We were a bit disappointed, the single beds were too small so one of us had to sleep on the sofa. There was a terrible smell coming out of one of the bathrooms at night, I hope the owners do something about this. Also I did not like the idea of paying a deposit as guarantee in cash and getting it back when we returned. We have stayed in much better apartments and were not asked for a deposit. The apartment could have been checked when we were leaving for any damages, and our deposit returned in cash. There was also nowhere to leave our luggage from check-out time until our departure as we had a few more hours to spend in Krakow. We were asked to leave our things at the train station which was very inconvenient and I had to discuss and repeatedly ask to leave our bags at the apartment, although the cleaners had already been there.

Located just few minutes from the old town, next to the shopping center. The rooms are big, highly decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are well wonderful well equipped. We received an excellent answer to every question and inquiry

The location was excellent. You can reach the center in 10 minutes. There is a supermarket and shopping center accros the street. the bus/tram station is in 2 minutes.

Perfect communication with owner Chris and manager Paulina. Accomodation is in perfect location from train, central bus station, shops and very very close from heart of Cracow. Apartment is very luxury with everything you need for your stay. Very tastefully and functionally furnished apartment.
