Ausblick auf See war super! Restaurant war ok. Die weiblichen Bedienungen waren sehr höflich. Hotel hat uns nicht überzeugt!

Wespennest direkt überm Zimmerfenster. Im Zimmer deutlich über 30°. Zimmertüre war deswegen bei Check-In sperrangelweit geöffnet und für andere Gäste zugänglich. Sehr alter, eigentlich historischer Duschbrausekopf. Starke Wassertemperaturschwankungen beim Duschen! Von extrem heiß (Verbrühungsgefahr) zu extrem kalt. Ablage im Bad war sehr staubig (Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig!) Lüftung im Bad war nur laut und ohne Ergebnis. Weg direkt vorm Fenster ohne Rollo. Im Zimmerschrank wurden die Handtücher und Bettwäsche für das gesamte Hotel gelagert. Frühstück war nur vom billigsten. Aufbacksemmeln waren noch nicht einmal goldbraun. Bei Gewitter gab es des öfteren Stromausfall. Es wurden im Restaurant kurzerhand Kerzen angezündet. Betten sind mit Matratzen auf denen man jede einzelne Feder spürt. Unsere Nacht war alles andere als erholsam. Kleiner TV. Die Hotel-Auffahrt ist nicht für tiefe Autos und Fahranfänger. Sie ist sehr steil und es waren schon einige Spuren von anderen Fahrzeugen am Boden ersichtlich. Es gibt auch ein paar Parkplätze unten, dann muss man allerdings das Gepäck die steile Auffahrt rauftragen.

Extremely helpfull and nice staff!! Very friendly and warm people. Beautiful historic place - will deffinitely recommend to my friends and will stay there again :)

The hotel boasts a prime location near a picturesque lake and an excellent trail leading up to the mountains. The building is designed in the classic Bavarian alpine style, which gives it a charming and rustic appeal. The structure is predominantly made of wood, which adds to its warmth and provides a delightful woody aroma. Guests staying in the lakeside rooms can enjoy breathtaking views that are truly awe-inspiring.

It appears that the hotel is understaffed, as evidenced by the lack of attention given to the breakfast buffet. By 9:00 in the morning, several items were already missing from the limited selection of bread, butter, meat toppings, cucumbers, and peppers. The croissants were dry and unappetizing. Additionally, the staff did not have enough time to clean the tables, which resulted in several dirty tables left uncleared. The staff also failed to monitor the buffet, leading to the limited food options running out without being refilled promptly. The quality of the dinner was also disappointing. The kaiserschmarrn, in particular, was dry and overcooked, and the other dishes lacked flavor. Overall, the hotel is in need of some renovations, particularly the beds which were uncomfortable and noisy. There were also stains on the walls of the room.
