The hotel is placed very close to the lake. The location is peaceful and quiet. Good and varied breakfast. TV modern. Complimentary water upon arrival. Mrs Sissi very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good. Also the hotel it's placed very closely to the city center and to a walking distance to Kochelsee.

The room did not have a good view; we stayed in the attic and also it was not so comfortable. As well, the signal for our phones was very poor. Additionally to this, the staff spoke a very bad English; we had trouble to understand them and to make them understand what we wish to have. Overall the value for money is very low.

The room was clean and modern, with a nice balcony. Stuff was friendly. We could feel that they worked hard to provide best service in their class. Breakfast was good (ordinary buffet, decent choice, no warm dishes), but I would not rate it as excellent, as stated by booking.com. Such a high rating of breakfast is probably due to preferences of German travellers. All in all we enjoyed our 1 week stay a lot and would recommend this hotel.

Checking out took too so long time. (about 15 minutes for me) It was incredible! The telephone ringed so often during the checkout and each time reception talked for a long time. Unfortunately, I missed the train and I had to wait the station for about 1 hour.
