Nicely renovated

Rooms are small and the breakfast is stingy. A set breakfast of 1 per each very limited items. Only a sweet breakfast, all items were full of sugar. No healthy choices and no protein on offer. No additional items available without paying extra, not even a second cup of coffee!

В районе аэропорта Мальпенза нету более выгодного предложения для семьи из четырех человек. Я платил 120 евро за ночь включая трансфер из аэропорта и обратно. Отличный двухкомнатный номер с кондиционером. Трансфер из гостиницы в отель был своевременным. Прекрасный ресторан при отеле, большой выбор вин и блюд, есть разливное пиво но только иностранные сорта- местных типа Перони или Моретти не было. Прекрасный обслуживающий персонал при отеле и ресторане.

Несмотря на подробную инструкцию от отеля, была заминка с трансфером из аэропорта, так как нам было сказано стоять в зоне 6 прилета, а водитель остановился перед зоной 5 постоял и уехал, проехав мимо нас. Пришлось звонить еще раз на ресепшен, чтобы послали другую машину. Если у вас нету роуминга, то будут определенные сложности- до отеля невозможно добраться пешком, он находится довольно далеко в глухом лесу. По прибытию в отель нас очень долго регистрировали- так ресепшен постоянно отвлекался на звонки, и даже не предложили воды. Воду кстати из крана пить нельзя, так сказали на ресепшене и официант сказал тоже самое- так что пришлось заказать в ресторане 5 бутылок воды по 0,75, три из которых мы забрали с собой в номер. Учитывая что я путешествовал с пожилой мамой, я волновался что воды ночью может не хватить и ее негде купить так как ресторан при отеле закрывается в 22:30, а кухня закрывается в 22:00.

Solo la vicinanza al loro parcheggio per l'aeroporto di Malpensa

Abbiamo preso una stanza perchè l'aereo che ci avrebbe portato in vacanza era all'alba. Ci hanno dato una camera al primo piano senza ascensore, e avevamo diversi bagagli... La camera non aveva coperte e la serata era molto fredda. Dalla stanza non c'era modo di contattare la reception. La stanza era pure grande e nuova, ma una delle finestre non aveva la tenda e dava su un lampione che è rimasto acceso tutta la notte. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio GP Parking (di loro proprietà) abbiamo dovuto seguire uno degli autisti, perchè non è compreso il servizio valet che fanno tutti gli altri parcheggi. Conclusione: siamo partiti completamente distrutti dalla stanchezza, esperienza che non ripeteremo.

Pulita, ampie stanze, accoglienti, colazione strepitosa, posizione ottima vicina al parcheggio!

Great and quiet place. The free shuttle service from and to Malpensa airport is reliable and fast. The room had everything.

Breakfast a little basic, no cheese or salami or ham. Coffee was weak and only got one cup.

The flexibility. We had a cancellation of the flight and they showed extreme flexibility! Super good to have the possibility to sleep and to leave the car.

There are no signs indicating where the reception is. There is also no lift in the main building with the rooms. The bathroom light was also broken.

Clean, convenient. I liked the farm and food was great.

I couldn’t figure out how to turn on ac. And I was too tired to go to the receptionist with it - who was in the different building. Also shower was working strangely. Smth wrong was with the pressure: it kept changing.

Room, bedclothing and towels were clean. Kind girl from reception helped us with adaptor to their italian electric point. Only for one night between the flights.

Breakfast is bad, no sense to pay for it. Transfer wasn't organised well. At eight o'clock in the morning someone from staff was trying to open our room with their key, probably they thought that it was empty already, but it was suddenly and woke us up very loudly. Walls of the rooms were very thin, so we heard all noices from other rooms. No drink water in the room. It was terrible, because we arrived very late and there were no any shops around to buy it.

The location was not labeled well. Arriving at night with no lights on the road or lit hotel signs made locating the entrance (which is in the back) completely complicated.

Free shuttle works very well at all hours 24/7. The staff are very nice and helpful. Grounds are beautiful. The room for 4 was huge. Breakfast simple but plenty - just order extra pieces on the first approach. We also got a simple breakfast to go the night before our very early morning flight.

10 minutes from the Malpensa airport. The free shuttle came to pick us up from the airport at midnight without any waiting time. Check in was smooth, and the rooms were comfortable.

The staff is nice (I understand why some people might say that they aren't but hey, they don't speak English and they have all their right to only speak Italian). They are quite serious but they can warm up if you smile at them. Breakfast is included, and the restaurant for dinner is great. Amazing food; if you eat meat, they have one of the best beef. If you arrive during day time, go check the calves and sheep. The room is spacious and comfortable. 12 min to the airport.

Good transfer to and from Malpensa T1, considering the time of our early morning flight, pick up at 03:30. Great evening meal at restaurant, large two bedroom family room.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are simple and clean. We had dinner which was great. I took a walk to the barns and saw the cattle. I was so impressed to see the cattle looking healthy with stable temperaments and only 4 animals to a huge (10x20?) clean pen. The owners take pride in their facility and it shows.

Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was great and pizza was good for dinner. Free shuttle was also great.

The room had very little sound proofing so it was very noisy at 4am when people were getting up and organised/leaving for flights. The restaurant at night was only open for pizza, which was good but would have been nice to have options.

Very satisfied, the shuttle service is great as it's 24 hrs. Very spacious rooms with heating.

That it's in a very remote area. If we were staying for long, we would have to hire a car or something.
