This was our second stay at this beautiful house on the Whitefish chain of lakes and the house is as amazing as last year. It is very well stocked, very well taken care of, and the property owner, Dan, is very quick to respond with any questions. Checking in and out are very easy and the house was very well cleaned. The location is ideal. We did bring our own pontoon so the dock and ability to keep that there was also perfect. We really enjoyed fishing from the dock each day and the use of the kayaks and paddle boards. The little bay is fairly shallow and makes it great for spotting fish and other wildlife (turtles). We also used the driveway quite a bit for badminton, bags, and giant checkers. We would highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return again next summer.

We enjoyed the secluded cove this home was located in, just outside the busy Rush Lake. The views from the living room to lake are stunning & this owner has so many fun amenities to enjoy. Our family had a great time!

We planned a trip beat the Arizona summer heat and couldn't have found a better place in Crosslake Minnesota! The house is large, well-stocked with toys and amenities, and the backyard area is absolutely perfect. We found the dock a great size to tie up our pontoon boat and it provided plenty of room for group fishing. The lake area out back is a good size too, with plenty of room to anchor jet skis off-dock. Last, Dan was a great host who was very responsive and made sure our needs were met. We'll definitely be visiting again next summer.

This cabin was perfect for our multi-family cabin adventure. The place was very clean and the owners were extremely timely with communication.

This was our third year in a row we have had our family lake vacation at this home. That pretty much says it all. We love it! Perfect for all 13 of us. There's so much space we are not on top of each other and the location on a cove of the lake is quiet and secluded. Plus the owner has kayaks, paddle boards and floatees all at our disposal. Our grandchildren have a wonderful time fishing off the end of the dock; a great pastime on those rainy or overcast days. Dan has always been great to work with and if we have had a question during our stay, he is quick to respond with whatever action is needed. Definitely the perfect spot for your summer getaway!

Beautiful House! This is our 3rd summer vacationing in the Crosslake area and this house was perfect. The location is great with very easy access to all of the lakes. We really enjoyed the bay that we were in since it wasn't as rough or as windy as the main lakes. There are lots of fish right at the dock that the kids enjoyed catching with fishing poles and nets. We had a great time on the paddle boat, lily pad, and swimming right off the dock. It was also very easy to dock our pontoon and still have plenty of room to swim around it. The house is very well stocked with supplies and has plenty of room to spread out for larger groups. We had four families all together and we never felt like there wasn't enough room and we loved the two dining spaces so we could all sit and eat. We really enjoyed the all seasons room and all the furniture is very comfortable. The front yard/driveway area was perfect for setting up yard games (badminton, connect four, bags, and giant checkers) and the fire pit area out back was great for s'mores. Dan was great to work with and very quick to respond. We can't wait to come back!

We had a great time at this lake house! The house is spacious and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a vacation in the Crosslake area. We enjoyed the boats, fire pit, pool table, and hot tub. The house and yard was well maintained and well stocked for a vacation at the lake. Beautiful property.

Wonderful accommodations for a large group. Home and property are both so beautiful. The owner, Dan is great to work with. The glass furniture is beautiful, but has a lot of sharp edges - based on that alone this property is best for adults or families with a little older kids. My grandkids got a few scratches and cuts on the sharp edges and I was a little nervous someone would break one of the table tops. I would love to stay here again. Great memories.

We enjoyed our stay here during the week of the 4th of July. Loved the location in the bay where we could paddle board and kayak. Just right outside the bay was very nice calm waters to tube and waterski. The cabin was very comfortable and roomy. Dan, the host, was excellent as we requested to move some dates around and he was very accommodating. Thank you Dan - we really enjoyed our stay at your cabin !!!

This is a beautiful property and great location. Our kids loved fishing off the dock and use of all the kayaks, paddle boats, etc. Would love to come back!

The cabin was awesome, fishing off the dock was great, kids had a ball, great boating and tubing on the lake. Def would come back!

This was our 2nd stay at this location and once again we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The weather wasn't the best, but because there's so much room in the home itself, we were able to entertain ourselves, and in particular the children, without feeling like we were always on top of one another. When we were outside, the cove we're on is so nice and secluded that it was like having the whole area to ourselves. We once again enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards provided by our host and the kids loved fishing right off the dock. We ventured into the town of Crosslake this time around and found it to be a charming little town with cute shops, restaurants and other activities to enjoy. This will continue to be a favorite spot for our family trips. Thanks again, Dan, for the use of your home and being so easy to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation in this beautiful home. Our kids and grandkids had so much fun using all the water toys provided for us. The house was well equipped with anything you would need. Dan was so prompt in answering any of our questions or concerns . We would highly recommend this property.

This property is amazing! Our family, ages from 19 to 82, thoroughly enjoyed this home and the location. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty linens. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We’re water lovers and had plenty room to tie 3 boats. The home offers space for everyone to spread out to read, watch a movie or take a nap. We highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and is situated on a quiet bay. Our grandkids really enjoyed the lake toys (inflatable kayaks, paddle boards, etc.). The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Dan was very responsive to any inquiry. We would highly recommend this property.

Our family had a great week at Dan's property. Location was great and close to everything. Cabin was well stocked with everything you needed. Only complaint/problem we had was water pressure at times when multiple people were showering. Overall great week and we would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was absolutely amazing - the best vacation house I have ever rented! We went with our extended family and the cabin is incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished with gorgeous views. Everyone had their own space and found things to do. You could not ask for a better location - it in a quite cove where the water was warm and clean! Great safe place for kids to play and fish. They have lots of outdoor water toys - paddle boat, kayaks, peddle boat. Also a great fire pit for s'mores. Inside also didn't disappoint - pool table, darts, board games and a sauna! And a nice adult bar with unique swing chairs. The kitchen was well equipped and they have two dining tables making it easy to separate adults from kids. Everyone was happy! Dan, the host, was great - super responsive and helpful with our questions we had before and during our trip. The only disappointment we had, was when we had to leave. We definitely plan to come back in the future.

The house we stayed in was just beautiful Has a bay behind the house which allowed easy access to Rush Lake and all 12 of the chain of lakes. We were close to attractions, pontoon rental, places to dine accessed by either boat or land. There was a dock on property that kids loved to to fish from. Rental included paddle boards and paddle boat, kayaks, canoe. Had salt water hot tub and a sauna. Just a wonderful place to have family vacation.

Great stay! We went with our neighbors/friends with kids for 5 nights. It was perfect for us. We appreciated the ample dining space and fully stocked kitchen. We loved using the hot tub and sauna on a colder rainy day (and evenings). They also had canoes, paddle boards, tubes, and many other water toys which was the cherry on top. The corn hole games and fire pit area were also nice. The master bedroom was gigantic and the other 3 bedrooms were pretty small (with kids) but we made it work no problem. We also loved the quiet private bay as it was so peaceful and easy to swim and enjoy the lake. We also appreciated the extended dock with room to spread out as well as the built in chairs and table for fishing. The owner was very responsive to a couple minor issues, and had his maintenance man stop by to fix it same day. We would stay here again!

Our family had the BEST time at this gorgeous lake home! It was nice to be in a quiet bay to enjoy nature in the morning and at night, but close enough to the action that it's not inconvenient. We didn't have much luck with the fishing, but may have been timing this year. The home had everything we needed and the toys were a plus! The only suggestions I would have would be to have a bunk or a twin bed option. We had a couple people who were single and not couples. Also, I personally stayed in the queen in the loft and you can hear everything, even people whispering. It's also quite hot up there. I'm sure it'd be fine for kiddos! Thanks Dan for a wonderful stay!

Great property!

The house was wonderful and our group had a great time - the beds were very comfy and the house was super clean. We loved ice skating on the pond, relaxing in the hot tub and playing a ton of board games. We were also able to make amazing dinners thanks to the fully stocked kitchen. We’ve stayed in several rental homes and this house was, by far, the most well-stocked, which was very appreciated. Dan is awesome and very responsive. There are many activities to do in the area -our group enjoyed skiing at Mount Skigull, which was a short drive from the house, great for first time skiers and super family friendly. Also very affordable. We also visited Cragun’s Resort on Gull Lake, which was 45 mins away. We were able to rent snowmobiles, ice skate and sled. Very casual, super friendly staff.We loved staying here and will definitely book again.
