Close to the lake. Nice, well-kept room and bathroom, comfortable bed (on the softer side). Close to plenty of restaurants. Parking is good, although fits only a limited number of cars. I also liked sleeping to the sound of the small pond in the garden, gives it a sort of zen-like vibe. Also has a clean, well-equipped kitchen.

Parts of the garden and the parking lot is covered with gravel, which can get noisy at night if many people are moving around, which happens in the summer. Lock on the door should be fixed - it was a bit tricky to get it to open and close. Fridge smelled funny.

Very friendly host! Spoke very good english, so communication was easy! Very clean room and bathroom, little nice garden. Lake just a view minutes walking distance. Had a really pleasant stay.

Can't fault it, we couldn't get the air con working but luckily it wasn't an overly hot night.

Room was average, same the bathroom, plain but very clean. The house is 50m from Balaton lakeshore in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy to reach. Free parking place on the property.

Nobody there when we arrived, a big house with many doors, front door open but we did not enter as we did not know the check in procedure, no previous notice. A kind local helped us by contacting the host to a phone number we found. Air conditioning was set at 32, impossible to change, so we just opened the windows at night. Wifi signal of moderate quality. The house has a steep spiral staircase, beware if you carry big luggage to the second floor, no toiletries, only toilet paper. No facilities in the neighborhood, only a very small supermarket, all restaurants closed, probably the tourist season did not start yet when we visited (on May).Finally, after searching a lot, we found a restaurant on the main avenue. No one to ask for guidance.

Extremely nice owner helping with everything. We received a free upgrade. Great location, spacious and clean rooms. I definitely recommend this place.
