the chambres d’hôte is situated in a side street just a 2 minute walk to the main square. it’s is very comfortable to the point of luxurious and very clean. Jean Louis is a wonderful host and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat

Jean-Louis was incredibly helpful throughout and the highlight of our trip! 52 Eymet arranged transport from the airport to the hotel and also took us to and from wedding venues we were planning to visit during our stay. On these drives he also took us to see various sites and scenic routes through the vineyards. The bnb is beautiful and has so much charm, often spending our relaxing time in the sunny courtyard. We were also given lots of recommendations and knowledge about the local area. The breakfast was great and Jean-Louis personally picked some plums for us which were amazing. Would 100% recommend to anyone and our wedding guests.

The only minor issue is fans instead of air con. It does say this on the site and the fans did suffice in the end.

If you want to stay in Eymet and its surrounding countryside you couldn't find a better place. Four minute walk to the centre and its restaurants, yet quiet at night. The owners were very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with and you can enjoy your breakfast in a courtyard surrounded by vines and a lovely fruiting fig tree.

The weather, we were very unlucky, poor for august!

The owners of this wonderfully small chambre d'hotes are personable, engaging, and attentive.the rooms are charming and comfortable, and they are impeccably tidy. The grapevine garlanded courtyard is a jewel for breakfast, light lunch, or aperitifs.

There was nothing to dislike. 52 Eymet is perfection for an establishment of this type in the Dordogne.

Breakfast was lovely and set in the Courtyard. Jean Louis and Catherine were the perfect hosts and made us very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely return. 5 stars!!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Absolutely incredible place to stay. By far the best hosts I have ever had, nothing was ever too much for them. Ironed our outfits on the day of the wedding, picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, and stopped off to show us some incredible views on the way! These are just a few of the lovely things they done for us during our stay. Breakfast was beautiful The BnB itself was spotless, really really lovely! Looked exactly like the photos, if not better Brilliant location - Right on the square with all of the bars and restaurants (but very quiet in terms of noise at night) We will definitely visit again, even if it's just to visit the hosts! Thank for you an incredible weekend

We enjoyed everything about 52, and the lovely Jean Louis and Catherine. They were so welcoming and hospitable, and the bed was seriously the best we have ever slept in. A beautiful place that we are looking forward to visiting again.

Such welcoming hosts, who made me feel right at home. The house was exquisitely decorated and absolutely spotless. My room was beautiful, and very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking a small courtyard. My hosts were so amenable regarding times for breakfast, and provided delicious choices including cooked food, fruit, and homemade compote and jams for croissants and bread. I could not have found a more delightful place to stay, and I was sad to leave. I felt I had found new friends, and I look forward to being able to return.

This is one of the pretties b&bs I have stayed in. The Location is great as a tiny walk into the pretty square of Eymet The owners are so very friendly and so helpful. We felt like they were friends by the time we left. Breakfast is fresh and different every day in a pretty little courtyard in the sunshine. Lots of walking near by too along the beautiful river . Shall definitely be returning

Lovely comfortable and clean rooms with a good bed and shower. Jean-Louis and his wife are the perfect hosts, so kind and always available. The breakfast was really special: delicious home made yogurts and jams, fresh pastries and bread from the local bakery, amazing juices and there was always fresh chopped fruit or an omelette. All this in a beautiful courtyard. We were here for a wedding and Jean-Louis offered to iron our shirt and dress which was very kind.

Such wonderful hosts...so welcoming, caring and helpful. I loved the carefully prepared fresh fruit at breakfast, which was served in the courtyard. We had access to a constant supply of ice cold water to drink - such a thoughtful idea. The room was beautifully decorated, and the bathroom a really good size. Perfect location, with the Thursday market literally on the doorstep. I would highly recommend 52 Eymet to anyone thinking of going to the Perigord.
