Room (deluxe king) was quite good except for the carpet which was poorly fitted, worn and dirty (seems to the be the same in all rooms in this hotel).
I liked using the steam and sauna facilties.
Buffet dinner was reasonably good value but the food very bland and unappealing.
No garden or outside space.
The open bar/restaurant downstairs is badly polluted by vehicle fumes from the street, and is sometimes very noisy.

The staff are well trained on customer service which was appreciated. Rooms are basic but very clean and water is hot. Each room has its own temperature control which is nice. Gym and spa facilities are basic but gets the job done.
I feel like the food quality could be better. Both local and international dishes are quite mediocre in quality yet expensive.

Super friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and an amazing breakfast with many choices! Great value! Excellent location as well. Very thoughtful and kind staff! Highly recommend!

Furniture worned out especially the carpet.
And the coffee machine is not working however its still mentioned among room facilities.

Good beds, large walk-in shower, lots of plugs. The service staff was very efficient and discrete and cleaned and tidied-up my room very nicely. Reception was friendly with fast check-in-out. Airport shuttle is a welcome facility. The hotel is in the center of the business districts with many cafés and restaurants nearby.
The windows do not open - however, as this part of town can be a bit dusty and polluted, it is not a big deal. Rug-floor is in need of replacement.

Good location, and friendly staff.very good service at the breakfast lovely coffee served by Ms Blynn, always cheerful and attentive .
The rooms are a bit smaller than usual suitable for a short stay only not for families .

The best location you can be at in Addis. Great hospitality by everybody in the hotel. The room service was excellent. We ordered dinner in our room a couple of times/ and it was great. we ordered tibs without tomato. The food came with tomato.in it. We told them about it. They made another tibs without tomato right away. The food was very good. The next day Tigereda from room service called us and apologized. She provided a free desert with our next order. She did not have to do that after all we got the tibs without tomato anyway. I was really surprised to see how far they go to please their costumers.
TV service is not as expected. Few channel selection. The room size was very small. No space to store our luggage.
