Spacious House close to Laughlin, Lake and River - lots of parking.
3 chambres, 2 salles de bain 1944 SQ Foot House. Patio couvert avec une belle vue. 3 lits king size avec de nouveaux matelas. Maison construite en 2010 et tous les meubles sont neufs. Grand canapé sectionnel confortable dans le salon avec une grande baie vitrée. Cuisine spacieuse. Dort facilement 6 adultes, plus nous fournissons des matelas pneumatiques et des coussins d'air pour dormir des personnes supplémentaires ou des enfants dans la grande salle familiale. Près de la rivière Casinos Laughlin et du lac. Patio avec télévision extérieure et barbecue à gaz. Lyft court, Uber ou Taxi à Laughlin. Séjour beaucoup plus confortable si vous venez à Laughlin ou à la rivière, puis dans un hôtel. ******* - Bienvenue chez Snowbirds ou Location longue durée

We have stayed here in the past and I'm always so grateful that I have a few things to get by durinf my stay. Nothing is worse than arriving to find no emergency coffee pods! The attention to detail of what you may need is great! Everyone loves this home! We will be back!!

We stayed for a week with family and my toddler son. It was perfect accommodation and a great time.

The house was very spacious and super clean. We loved every thing about it. The only concern we had was parking our boat. We just got a slip and it made the stay better.

First of all. This place was better then what I was expecting. Great for family gatherings. The location is perfect for all needs. Whether it is shopping or river excitement. We will be back. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

Every year we we do a family getaway to Laughlin with the family, we usually book rooms at the hotel. This year we decided on a home bc of the little ones. Best decision! The home was extremely close to many restaurants and stores. Main store we shop at when visiting Laughlin is Sam’s Club, home was just minutes away from it. Experience at the home was great, very spacious. Parking was great, enough parking for the family’s. I have no complaints about the house, only thing missing is a pool… ha! Overall the house was perfect.

Every year we book through Vrbo for our family trip to the river. We have stayed in many different houses and this one has definitely made it towards the top of our list. The home was absolutely immaculate, the host provided plenty of clean towels, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and we definitely enjoyed the outdoor patio with the TV at night. There was plenty of parking for our boat and for our kids to park their car. We would defiantly book again.

Located close to local gems and views of the mountain skyline. Bullhead city park is a wonderful spot for recreation outdoors and offers a splash pad. Earl's castle delivers hot, fresh meals. My zucchini/mushroom fajitas were delicious. Walk the steep incline for cardio and breathtaking views.

Our vacation from start to finish was awesome. The host was very accommodating and promptly answered all our questions we had. The listing for the house was spot on. It was spacious, very clean, and all appliances were in working order. Relaxing on the patio with the view it had made our vacation. There is lots of things to entertain yourself with. Drive to Kathrine’s Landing for fishing or Lake Havasu to see the London Bridge and a day on the lake. Lots of walking trails available to walk and enjoy the sun or you can spend a day at the casinos.
We had tickets for Nascar and spent a day and night in Las Vegas. Very quiet neighborhood.Overall our winter vacation was just what the Doctor ordered. Would recommend staying here for anyone. We loved it.

Good location in regards to Rotary Park, grocery store, Starbucks, and a really good mexican restaurant. Very spacious. Comfortable bedrooms opposite end of living room/kitchen. We were not in the unit much for a 3 night stay, but it was comfortable and quiet. We did run out of hot water when 2 people showered/ran baths at the same time. Good stay and wonderful host. May want to update towels and bedding in the future, and add a small bedside lamp, and a hair dryer for both bathrooms. Would stay again!

Family & Friends had a Very Comfortable stay. Any Concerns found were immediately addressed by John to our Satisfaction. Boat parking on property is a plus, We have stayed in many properties along the River, we will be Returning here on our next River get away.

This home is so much more than expected. Kitchen is well-stocked and big enough to cook in but also enjoy the company of others staying with you. The home is clean, comfortably furnished with so many amenities. Bedrooms are spacious. Master bath was gorgeous. Air conditioning worked wonderful especially since it was over 120 degrees. We will be staying here from now on.

The house was perfect overall. Very clean, great area, plenty of room for everyone. The large carpeted living room was great offor our little kiddos to play with their toys in while we relaxed after a long day on the water.

The property was fantastic. The house was exactly the size that we needed the pictures on the VRBO website actually didn’t do it justice, it was better than expected. The house had everything that we needed and more. It was a wonderful stay would definitely recommend or stay there again.

Our stay at this location was great. Nice neighborhood, close to shopping, 15 minutes from katherines landing. It is a boat friendly property. We had two 20' boats and trucks, which stacked one behind the other easily in the driveway. There was additional parking on the gravel in front of the house for cars. very clean, instructions were simple to follow, and the house was upgraded nicely. I will definitely stay at this house next time if available.

This house has everything you need and is super beautiful, but pics don’t do Justice. Unfortunately our last night a storm came through and wiped out all the power so sleeping was rough but other than that night it was a wonderful stay

Perfect stay...
House was extremely clean well put together excellent neighborhood. Driveway large enough to back a 23 foot aluminium boat up in. We have never been to Bullhead but already looking at dates to return. Our main goal was to fish lake Mohave but weather wasn't the greatest.
