Sehr zentral, schön eingerichtet, schöner Balkon. 1 TG Stellplatz vorhanden, zweites Fahrzeug muss im Ort geparkt werden, ist aber auch kein Problem.
Drittes Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Am Ankunftstag hat die Reinigung noch sehr lange gedauert, ca 1,5h, obwohl wir zur vereinbarten Zeit ankamen.

Beautiful appartment, close to everything, nice "lively" place, great beds, hot water... just about perfect.
Checking in - Finding the keys, understanding your way around, had a little parking problem as the parking was blocked by previous guests who had lost their keys... but Dominic at the reception was amazingly helpful. Perfect for the rest.

Very central location which has pro's and con's: pro being you can walk everywhere, con is that it is in extremely noisy area.
Flat was spacious with plenty of packing and hanging space.
Decor is modern. Flat is neat and clean.
Love the self check-in and check-out process.
Flat is quite dark, we found we needed to put lights on during the day and because of noise it was unpleasant to open patio doors or windows. Obviously this cannot be helped given the location but bear this in mind if you're the fresh air type.
No normal tea provided, only rooibos.
Main design flaw I didn't like was the fact that there is no door to the main bathroom. Toilets should be behind doors.

With this apartment you are paying for the great location in the heart of Stellenbosch. The balcony is nice and would be great in the summer months
Picking up the keys could have been easier. You need to collect them from a box, but there is nowhere to park in in order to do this. You can only park once you have the keys.The property has a functional feel about it, with few frills. The lighting in the lounge is not adequate, making it feel rather dark in the middle of winter.

The location was perfect. In the heart of Stellenbosch, with a balcony overlooking the streets with restaurants and shops. Very vibey and festive. You don't need to go far to find a place to eat or drink. But sitting on the balcony having a drink is perfect too. Highly recommend.
If you want peace and quiet, then this isn't the place for you. There is activity in the streets from about 8am in the winter.

Casa Bella Stellenbosch was in a fantastic central location next to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shops. It is clean and comfortable with good wifi backed up by a generator, so remains on during Load Shedding.
The owners were really accommodating, allowing us early check in due to an early flight, and letting us keep the parking space beyond the 10am check out.
The only downside to being in such a central location was the noise levels at night were occasionally disruptive to sleep - but nothing the owners could do to prevent this!

The location was perfect. Very central in Stellenbosch and close to restaurants and coffee shops. Great to have a parking spot too! The entire apartment was clean and fresh and very stylishly furnished. The beds were heavenly
The apartment was a little noisy in the early hours of the morning, but this was to be expected this with the location. A coffee machine would have been a huge bonus for us coffee fiends, however, tea, coffee and milk were provided.

Lovely, classy & spacious apartment in the heart of the tourist hub, with a big variety of restaurants & shops within walking distance. Modern decor, good wifi, comfortable sofas & quality bedding. A nice size balcony to sit outside & people-watch.
Safe, underground parking is provided, but the allocated spot is only suitable for a small to medium car. Booking & payment was done via the Bookings app on my phone & almost double the advertised amount was charged to my credit card. The property did refund us the difference, but beware when using the Bookings app. Take a screenshot of the advertised price, before paying!

The unit is beautifully finished with luxurious linen. It is centrally located (maybe a little too centrally located from a noise point of view). The unit is very clean and essentials such as coffee, tea etc are provided for your first night
The cutlery and crockery is all mismatched - no glasses make up a set of six. The plates are all bits and pieces from various set and no knives and forks actually match. There are only the minimum supplied - I found this difficult because my children living in Stellenbosch came for coffee and we had to take turns! I also found the unit noisy until well after midnight.
