Heel vriendelijke dames aan de receptie. Kamer is wat verouderd, maar was heel proper. Koelkast en microgolfoven aanwezig. Tafel met twee stoelen was ook handig. Bij vertrek nog een koffie en koekje gekregen. Perfect hotel tijdens onze roadtrip.

quiet and comfortable

upon check-in, Front Desk was unable to navigate/process our pre-paid reservation (thru Booking.com). and when the Clerk insisted on running our credit card thru again (i assume since she didn't trust the pre-paid transaction that was evident in their system), we were not given the less-expensive advertised room rate. we had to review and discuss it with Management again the next day before we left to try to straighten it all out. still, i'm not sure they really knew how pre-paid reservations are supposed to work. there was no coffee maker in the room. pretty unusual these days. further, when i went to the Front Desk/Lobby in the morning, while there was a coffee station available, there hadn't been any coffee made for the start of the day. accommodations were nice, clean and adequate but clearly the unit was way dated.

The staff went above and beyond what was expected. I left an item in the room and they were kind enough to send it to my home. It was there when I arrived back home. I was very happy with the staff.

The room just needs a little updating. Queen bed would have been nice and a coffee pot in the room.

Comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. I appreciated the detailed and accurate description the hotel provided on booking page.
