the property was warm cozy and homely! The views of the slopes were stunning and although the property is slightly outside the main town (you can see the town down below) it was only a short walk into the town. the property had parking underneath and an elevator so very easy when moving all our belonging (we didn’t pack light) Manu provided an amazing service, we were able to get our ski hire from the accommodation and message manu when we wanted to go into town and he took us (somtimes in separate trips) into the town with all our equipment and the same when we wanted to go back. Manu was also always contactable before our stay to answer any questions and recommended places to eat and drink, he could not have been more helpful!!!

If we could have gave these guys a better rating than 10 we would have. They go way beyond your expectations, Ski hire was arranged at the apartment and drop off / collection in the village was much appreciated. Fantastic local knowledge regarding ski lifts and best time to get there and they even managed to get us into a restaurant when everywhere was fully booked. 100% we will be back! Thanks for making our stay so pleasurable and hassle free.

property was lovely and cozy we were 4 adults 3 kids good location and the pellet heater heated up the whole apartment The star was Manuel he made everything stress free he arranged our ski equipment hire and drove us all to the chair lifts and picked back up Everyone really enjoyed it we will definitely be back

The location is perfect. Great views and away from all of the noise! I booked my holiday without any knowledge of Sierra Nevada. Looking at the reviews I went ahead and booked. I have skied all over the world and I can honestly say that Manu provided the best service I have experienced. He constantly went out of his way to help and got us to where we need to be hassle free and on time. Highly recommended.

I loved everything about the stay. I really would struggle to find anything negative to say about my stay, it was perfect.

The location is in the upper part of the resort. Manuel was on hand to take us to the ski lift and pick us up at the end of the day or whenever any of us wanted which was such a bonus.

The property was very clean and lovely and warm. Beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the Spa, sauna shower after a day ski ing.

I hadn’t realised how far the property was from main base. There is a chair lift but the queues were immense so used our car everyday and paid for parking. Only one bathroom.
