El agua caliente(duraba unos minutos), éramos 7 y muchos se bañaron con agua fría. Estaría bueno que tenga un smart tv, ya que estamos con niños y se usa mucho, pero nos arreglamos con la tele que había con canal digital. Estaría genial un dispensador de agua, por el tema del sabor a lavandina en el agua propia de Bs As. Es lo único! Después estuvimos super feliz en el lugar!!!

La propiedad es hermosa, el entorno en la ciudad de Buenos Aires no es agradable, mucha suciedad en las calles.

The location is fantastic. Many attractions within easy walking distance. The host was very communicative and answered any message very quickly. The apartment is old and beautiful. Very few places in the area sleep seven people, so it was nice to find this option!

The kitchen is not well stocked (but if you plan to eat out like we did, this is not an issue). Unfortunately, several of the beds are very uncomfortable. The mattresses are very soft and sag in the middle. It was more comfortable for my daughter to sleep on the floor than the bed.

Jorgelina’s unit is really something special. Not only does her building feel very traditional for Buenos Aires (beautiful architecture) it’s also located in a great area of the city. it’s close to everything you want to visit, public transport and restaurants. on top of all this jorgelina will accomodate you to her best capabilities to check you in and out of the unit at times that suit you. overall I cannot recommend this place more for your trip to Argentina as it will only make your trip more enjoyable.

Super good location

Location is splendid. Abril and her friend were lovely and helped out with offering helpful information for cash exchange, places to eat etc with their limited English. Location is superbly central. The girls are really sweet and kind.

The place is not as good as the photographs would suggest. The property lacks maintenance. Be warned the 4 rooms are not 4 rooms - it is 2 bedrooms with an additional loft bedroom in each. Access to the loft in each room is via creaky stairs (one of which has a loose stair) with no handrails - not ideal if travelling with young kids or elderly. The bathrooms have no ventilation and hence there is black mould on the ceilings. There is a window in the dining room that can't be closed and bangs all night. The girls although very lovely had forgotten the advert on booking.com includes breakfast until I asked where the basket for breakfast was. They immediately went to a store nearby and bought a bunch of packaged goodies. However there were biscuits and yoghurt - not exactly your typical breakfast food and despite informing at the time of booking that there was a person who was allergic to eggs all the goodies had eggs except the yoghurt and one packet of super sweet biscuits.
