Great for our family get together. Lots of room. Great to be across the road from the golf course. A hike up the small hill was a struggle after our 45 km ride on the second day. A bit far to walk to town for dinner. The bikes look good although we didn't use them as we had our own.

House too cold for small kids
This house is so cold. The fire and aircon keep the kitchen area warm but the living area and 3/4 of the bedrooms were freezing. We had to purchase our own heaters in town. The bath had not been cleaned. The owner turned up unannounced. Nice area but wouldn’t stay here again or deal with the property manager.

We had a lovely couple of days in Myrtleford and surrounding areas. The property was comfortable, warm and clean. Communication with the owner was difficult at times (slow to respond or required a follow up email/text) however, she was very apologetic for this.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay. The house was beautiful and clean with beautiful views. Our host Kim left a box of chocolates and wine, which was very welcoming and touching. Kim was very prompt communicating with us. We really enjoyed our stay in the holiday home

Perfect accommodation and central for all the popular Rail trail destinations, Bright, Beechworth, Wangaratta. Spacious and comfortable this house has a well-appointed kitchen with eating areas inside and outside undercover. As the end house on the street, it offers a nice view of the surroundings.

Good overall. The house was roomy and comfortable and mostly well equipped, particularly in relation to the kitchen, however no wifi, host didn't provide a hand towel in the bathroom and wanted us to use sleeping bags rather than bedding.

House was terrific. Roomy, very comfortable surroundings. Everything we needed and close to amenities. Only issue we had was that the stereo was broken. Otherwise terrific value for money. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and spacious house, big enough for 10 adults and kids. Although quite retro and tired, it looks better than the online photos. Value for money considering it's the school holidays in Autumn when accommodations are usually booked out. Bonus: kids loved the kangaroos (evening)and cows (morning) grazing on land next door
