Entièrement rénovée à l'été 2018, cette résidence présente tous les nouveaux meubles, revêtements de sol et accessoires. La cuisine design est toute nouvelle et parfaite pour un dîner privé ou divertissant. Le matelas est neuf et extrêmement confortable avec des draps et des draps à 500 fils. Nouvelle TV dans toutes les chambres et le salon avec WIFI haut débit dans toute la résidence. Une terrasse privée spectaculaire offre des vues sur le parcours de golf et l'eau.
Les camionnettes ou tout autre type de camion ne sont pas autorisés dans l'aire de stationnement. Ils seront remorqués. Les animaux de compagnie pesant plus de 10 kg sont strictement interdits par la communauté PGA.

La résidence est située dans la PGA National Resort, où se déroule la Honda Classic sur le circuit de la PGA. Il y a de beaux parcs sur la propriété et d'excellents restaurants sont à quelques minutes du condo. Juno Beach est à 9 minutes en voiture et est l'une des meilleures plages du sud de la Floride avec un parking gratuit. West Palm Beach est à 15 minutes en voiture du condo; marcher la célèbre Worth Avenue à West Palm Beach ou prendre un 5 minutes en voiture au Gardens Mall (intérieur et extérieur). Le centre commercial est situé à la sortie de l'autoroute 95 et à seulement 10 minutes du condo. L'aéroport international de Palm Beach (PBI) est à 15 minutes. L'aéroport international de Fort Lauderdale (FLL) est à 45 minutes.
Grands magasins, la nourriture et les plages attendent votre séjour.
Il y a un parking gratuit dans la communauté fermée à côté de la résidence. Les camions ne sont pas autorisés dans la communauté.

Condo is as advertised. Everything in working order.
Great views of the golf course with large screened in balcony. Can’t beat the location in PGA National. Great parking also. The community pool is very close. Would love to book again in the future.

We had the best stay of our lives! The Property was gorgeous, so clean and roomy and the outdoor wrap around was just so relaxing looking on to the golf course and waterfall. The weather was picture perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to rent for the past 7 nights! We will definitely be returned guests! Thank you.

Very nice place in the heart of PGA National. Plenty of shops/restaurants within a short Drive. This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Could easily fit 8 people if needed. Great feature is the outdoor deck overlooking greens and fairways, very tranquil sitting out there in the AM with a cup of coffee. I was surprised how quiet it was on the interior, never heard a peep from any of the neighbors.
I would highly recommend visiting the PGA National golf club, nice breakfast place there. Would love to have played a round at the club.
Overall this is a great home base for a host of activities in the area.

No safety pin or date on fire extinguisher so who know if it would work in an event of a fire.
No remotes to 3 of the 4 TVs in which the property owner 1st said he was checking with cleaning ppl, than the last renters took them, last it was they were there. They were not we had to go buy a universal one to use during are stay.
Now let’s talk about the additional guest charge which he will say this is why we gave him a bad review. This is not the case we asked for clarification on the charge as when i originally was going to book this property we were doing 6 but changed it to 5 do to someone not comes. Price was the same. It was only after we called VRBO when we got to the property and seen he falsified his property to be better than what it is we had an issue. He than went on after and changed price for future dates. Also messaged us before we left if we gave him 5 stars he would do the same. I do have proof of everything listed as well. However VRBo don’t allow photos.

If you're coming for Golf, which most would, this is the perfect property. Minimal kitchen utencils but I would imagine most aren't renting in PGA to cook.

Great place to stay. Tranquil environment, clean unit and easy to get too. I had some questions for the host before arriving (was a little confusing w messages from 2 different names) and they were very responsive. In fact, the first morning I received a text to see if anything was needed-that was nice! Would definitely stay again

The space was great, very quiet very clean. Pics are exactly like the real thing. We stayed for a soccer tournament and had to go to several different fields in the area. It was central to all of them and was much better than getting two hotel rooms! Great place!

If you want to experience the worst living experience, please choose this one. 1. The sanitation didn't clean until the guests checked in. 2. The owner's attitude was very poor. 3. The smell of paint just finished. It's hard to imagine that this price matches such quality. 3. The shower room can't take a bath and needs maintenance. There was nothing in the kitchen, but they didn't care. It's hard for me to imagine that such a company can go a long way in listing such a house

The total anonymity of owner/manager and lack of communication was extremely rude. The unit needs much repair. Kitchen faucet hanging loose .. base of dishwasher broken , stained furniture, dirty screen porch, etc., etc... [I have photos of all] .. the 3rd bedroom is basically a joke ...no coffee table or side table at sofa ...no key to get in neighborhood pool ... and the cost was exorbitant.

Great condo in a private, gated community. Very quiet neighborhood on a golf course. Easy access to restaurants and other shopping. Plenty of space for me, my spouse, mother-in-law and two college kids on Spring Break. Nice amenities, kitchen, dining and living room space. Flat screens in each bedroom. Beautiful view of a fountain and stream overlooking a golf hole green. A very nice relaxing time!
