Cet appartement moderne immaculé est à distance de marche de Salamanca Place et de la CDB. Vous avez l'embarras du choix dans les cafés et les restaurants et vous risquez de ne pas mettre les pieds dans la voiture pour toute la durée de votre séjour.
Battery Point est la première banlieue de Hobart, caractérisée par un village historique pittoresque.
Le front de mer est à quelques minutes, tout comme le célèbre marché de Salamanque, ouvert tous les samedis à partir de 7h00.
La propriété est fraîche et moderne, avec une cuisine entièrement équipée et des équipements de base tels que thé, café à dosettes, sucre, huile de cuisine, sel & poivre, etc.
À l'étage, il y a deux chambres spacieuses et une chambre simple. Les chambres queen sont équipées de couvertures chauffantes et de télévisions avec stores occultants. Les deux salles de bains à l'étage ont des douches à l'italienne, des radiateurs IXLtastic et des porte-serviettes chauffants.
Aussi à l'étage est une buanderie avec machine à laver à chargement frontal et auge. Un détergent à lessive est fourni et il y a une corde à linge dans la cour.
Il y a une troisième toilette / salle d'eau en bas.
Nous utilisons un service de linge professionnel pour vous assurer des draps et des serviettes de luxe.
Des articles de toilette sans paraben sont fournis.
Au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine complète, le tout ouvrant sur une cour arborée privée orientée au nord. La télévision dans le salon principal est équipée de Google Play. Vos agrafes préférées (pain et lait) seront fournies sur demande.
La propriété a sa propre entrée et deux parkings à la porte d'entrée. Il est accessible par le coffre à clés, vous n'avez donc pas besoin de verrouiller une heure d'arrivée. La porte d'entrée est surveillée par une seule webcam pour des raisons de sécurité.
Un portacot, une chaise basse (peut être attaché à une chaise de salle à manger existante) et une poussette sont disponibles si nécessaire.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Vrbo in Hobart, it was excellent. The host Maxine told us about a local festival to attend and we loved it! The house was super comfortable and very centrally located. Lots of good information on cites to see. i highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for three nights during our first visit to Hobart. The hosts were lovely and communicative and gave us a real feeling of being welcomed.
The property is a spacious 3 bedrooms with a large and beautifully-landscaped terrace. Kitchen is very well stocked and hosts left us bread, butter and milk on arrival.
This would be a great base of operations for a group of up to 5 with big sitting space, nice dining table, books, games, etc.
Location is unbeatable. It’s in the Battery Point area just a few blocks from cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. Another couple of blocks is the Salamanca market street which is a huge scene on Saturday but also houses dozens of bars and restaurants week-round. Adjacent to that is the harbor with more choices and the ferry to MONA and other destinations.
It has two parking spaces at front door.
Just a couple of things to be aware of. There is no central heat or cooling. There is a very good wall-mounted heat pump in main living space downstairs so that area is absolutely climate-controlled. But bedrooms only have one radiator in upstairs hallway that is on a timer. Beds all have electric blankets for very cold weather. If it were hot they might be uncomfortable to sleep in but we were there in autumn and had no problem at all.
There is a washing machine but no dryer. The provided drying rack was fine for a medium load if you have time to let things dry out. There is also a rack and pins on patio.
Just a lovely stay and highly recommend!

Exceptional property. Very tidy,well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Checkin was well organised and communication was easy to follow. Location was a bonus. Easy walk to Salamanca for food, markets and shopping. Excellent cafes a few minutes walk in Battery Point.

We were very impressed with our accommodation. Great location, lovely and roomy, had everything we wanted. We will certainly consider staying there again when we go to Hobart next.

It was a fantastic place to stay

The townhouse was very roomy for 2 couples with 3 baths, 2 double BRs and 1 single BR. Fully eqipped kitchen allowed cooking, although we ate out most meals ( using our host Maxine's excellent restaurant recommendations). We appreciated the Nespresso machine with sufficient pods for our 4 night stay. The kitchen also had some basic spices, oil and vinegar so we didn't need to buy these. Our host Maxine was very attentive, dealing with a minor issue swiftly and effectively. The Battery Point location was perfect for exploring central Hobart on foot, and for easy access to drive to more distant destinations. We would stay in this townhouse again if returning to Hobart.

Perfect location. Plenty of good restaurants & coffee shops within 10-15 mins walking distance. Especially to Salamanca market & the wharf. Even the city centre. Maxime’s attention to details makes the apartment feels homey. Even a timer to switch on the light in the lounge in the evening just like my own home.

Overall, it was very good. Walking distance to city/Salamanca in one direction and shopping centre/morning coffee in opposite direction. Some minor R&M issues. Parking for 2 vehicles.

Maxine is an excellent host. It was a home away from home. Close to everything. Comfy beds plenty of space to relax. Good size tv. Can easily fit a family with lots of room. Great kitchen to cook in. Small backyard to enjoy the good weather. We will be back. Highly recommended.

Great location, great property
Communication with the owner was so easy and our stay was trouble free. The property had a great layout for the three of us. The aspect is fantastic with sun streaming in for the whole day. The apartment is within walking distance of the waterfront and shops. I recommend the apartment highly.

Location
Everything covered for in the house. Excellent location, walk to everything, and good centre point for drives around the area. Hosts were very friendly, and nothing seemed to be a problem. Will go back when next down that way.
