- the internet does not work - the access to the apartment is at the back entrance of restaurants next to dumpsters, hence the name of the property is misleading and has nothing to do with luxury - there is parking available but the cars park behind each other so that you cannot take the car out again once parked

Location Location Location right in the centre overlooking the beach, about 200m from Harbour bus station or if you have a car we had no trouble parking at the rear. Lovely balcony views.

Not much, could not find English TV. although I travel with Amazon firestick. A visitors guide would be good, even for simple thing's like garbage and recycling. Minor bugs however nothing would stop me visiting again.

Location was truly perfect and the noise from outside was really not present in the rooms with windows closed. Apartment was warm, spacious and bright. We definitely did not expect such a great location and amazing apartment with everything you need.

The absolutely only thing that could be replaced is the couch, as it is extremely uncomfortable when pulled out, but for sitting - perfect.

The apartment is true to photos, well-equipped and spotless clean. Very comfortable beds, easy check-in, stunning sea-views... The location is absolutely the best if you want to be close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. We absolutely loved the stay.

Location is spot on if you are looking g for a holiday driving fee holiday. Good space for 4 and nicely decorated.

Poor maintenance which had obviously been ignored and should have been completed when apartment was not rented out, not during our holiday. A shower is a important facility, it did let the place down but luckily the next guest will be happy as shower cubicle replaced during my holiday !!

Close to the promenade However, the promenade itself reminded me of some low budget resort of the end of the last century, with small trade shops and vulgar entertainments (like take a picture with the monkey). And these annoying people loudly inviting you to come to their restaurants for another meze.

As expected, you are better to avoid any property that “luxury” word in the description. Cause it would be exactly the opposite. There were a lot of annoying things. Like, broken door in the shower, for example. The light in the living room could be turned off only with the main switch, which means in order to use air conditioning during the night, you have to sleep with the light in the living room on. Nice! (Not really). The management company was not very responsive. No powder for the washing machine. All the chairs on the balcony were folded (of course staying for only 2 nights, we wouldn’t bother to set them to be able to enjoy the sea view). By the way, it’s the second floor and very close to the promenade, so no privacy with curtains off. Absolutely illogical furniture arrangement in the small bedroom (there was a lighter, but no socket nearby, and no socket next to the bed).
