terrible housekeeping staff. Dirty bottom sheet on bed, I had to get a sheet at the front desk & fix it myself. was told the manager would contact me, never did. incomplete cleaning service. I am said to say this location had been letting itself go downhill. At check out they just said “you are all checked out” (no, how was your stay, no , come back again, etc. 😢. I will be looking elsewhere next time.

When I made the reservation, I asked for a senior discount. I was told it will be applied when I check in. Although the agent told me I got the discount, the price was the same price they quoted me before I arrived. When I questioned why I didn't get the senior discount, he said that the rate they gave me was cheaper than the discount, which didn't make any sense to me
