We enjoyed our stay, very clean and communication with host was wonderful. If ever needing a home in the area we would definitely stay again.

Location was great. Nice walking trails near by. Close to Chattanooga with no hassle getting there. House was very clean and cozy. Exactly as advertised. Communication with owners was excellent. All questions were answered promptly. We all enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

We had a great time at this property, and had plenty of room to all be together indoors and outdoors! There was very cool weather while we visited, so the fire pit and hot tub were awesome features to be able to still spend a lot of time outdoors!

This property is beautiful and was great for my family! The house is very spacious, beautiful bedrooms, sunroom, and fully equipped kitchen. We are anxious to return during the summer to enjoy the large backyard and lake. The owner was accessible and answered questions immediately. I would definitely recommend this property!

Spacious, convenient and home away from home!

This house was the perfect “middle ground” location to meet up with family and enjoy a long weekend together. We wanted something relaxing that provided activities so that we didn’t have to leave the house often. This location checked all the boxes. The lake view was gorgeous. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking, relaxing in the hot tub, and quiet evenings on the screened in porch enjoying nature. On the one day we did venture out to sightsee, the house was just a quick drive to Ruby Falls and the Incline Railroad. The house provided ample space for our large group and was stocked with everything we could need. Check in and out was simple. We wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely choose this location again for a future visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The house was clean, stocked well with kitchen supplies and outdoor equipment for the lake, basketballs and various other toys and games. The owners were really attentive and helpful with our check-in experience and the lake was great, we all enjoyed kayaking and fishing. It was a really relaxing stay!

We had a great time at the Lake House with family and friends celebrating our girl's sweet 16. I brought everything but the kitchen sink with us but I needn't have! The kitchen was well stocked and they had everything we needed at our fingertips. We enjoyed the kayaks at the property, the hot tub, the grill, the back porch, the dock, the lake, the big screen tv and everything! The Owner had everything ready for us and even mowed a nice path through the beautiful, natural backyard for us to take the kayaks to the water. Deer walking the property at sunset and sunrise was an added bonus. The Owners were wonderful and responding quickly to all my silly questions. The house is decorated so lovely and so many little, personal touches. We appreciate everything!! We made great memories with family and friends. We hope to come back soon!!

Overall it was wonderful. Very comfy for 6 ppl. The only thing that wasn’t right was that there aren’t 3 bathrooms, but 2.5 bathrooms. 4 ppl sharing one bathroom wasn’t fun. Otherwise it was perfect.

Great location, beautiful property on lake and owners that respond to questions and concerns in a timely fashion

We loved staying in this lake house. It was very clean and served our needs. It was decorated beautifully and had so many little things that added a special touch. It was a great time for all of us. The owners were very responsive to our emails.

We were very happy with our stay. The host was easy to contact with any questions. The screened in porch was amazing with great views of the lake. Lots of deer, chipmunks, fire fly’s, and great blue herrings to watch. The house is laid out well and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. There were plenty of towels and extra linens. I loved that there was a regular coffee pot and a keurig. The location was the best part. We had the lake plus it was close to attractions. We rode the train, incline railway, ruby falls, rock city, and more. I highly recommend this property. Our dog enjoyed it too. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our few days at this lakefront home in the Chester Frost area. We were in town to fish Chickamauga and found the house to be incredibly convenient to some of the best parts of the lake. The accommodations were exactly as advertised and perfect for our group. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. A very relaxing lake getaway. Thanks for a great trip!

We were looking for a place in the Chattanooga area where we could be close to the sights and have space to spread out and relax during downtime. This house fit the bill perfectly. It was clean, well equipped, and well furnished. We were able to fix most of our meals at the house and only ate out the few times we were being tourists. We didn’t get to spend too much time in the hammock due to cold weather but that just meant more hot tub time! We’ll definitely consider this house again if/when we take another trip to Chattanooga.

This property was perfect for our weekend birthday trip! Lots of space, huge hot tub, hosts allowed us a later check out time to make sure we cleaned up well and I am so thankful for that! If you’re looking for space and a good view of the lake, this is for you!

My son and i live nearby, but we needed more room, so we leased the lake-house. Joe was a super host, the house and amenities were really clean and nice. We were here in January and and had great fun, however, we all think it would really be fun in the summer.. We slept 9 adults and three children comfortably.

This house is exactly what you see in pictures and more! First, we were able to check in a little early, which was great because we were traveling with an impatient 2yo! My family of 11 (our 3 adult kids and their families and then our 2 teenagers). We had the best time. Plenty of room for everyone to have some space when needed. The house was beautiful and accommodating. Having two living rooms and 2 refrigerators was super helpful too. My boys had a blast playing basketball every night and the girls enjoyed bon fire and s’mores. Beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and plates/utensils for everyone. It was such a blessing to be able to bring our 2 elderly dogs, one of whom was just diagnosed with a brain tumor, so this was more than likely his last road trip. I can’t say enough about this house, the location, and the owners who were quick to respond when we needed something. We will be back!!

This property was perfect for our family. We had 3 different families with age ranges from 75 to 5 months old. Plenty of bedroom space, a yard for the kids to burn off energy, well stocked kitchen and close to a really nice park. We added 3 more families for Thanksgiving and had enough room with the 3-season room. Any questions/notes sent to the owners were answered promptly and always very helpful. I definitely would rent this property again if visiting Chattanooga.

Very clean, plenty of towels, beds and pillows very comfortable, sheets really soft. Cooked every meal , kitchen was stocked. Water pressure was amazing. Hot tub was lovely. Water level on the lake was below the dock so decided not to kayak but played basketball and cornhole. Collected firewood and had a fire with s’mores. Took the kids to the playground/sandy beach at Chester Frost Park.

We will be back! This home was lovely, clean, and perfect for our family. The owners went above our expectations. It is beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Two living spaces, screened in porch, deck, and fire pit. We enjoyed them all. The property is within walking distance of a state park. Can’t wait to return. Thank you for everything!

We had a great few days on the Chickamauga. The house is cozy and we spent tons of time on the screened in porch. You do have to walk up or down a short flight of stairs to the bathroom, but my 92 year old dad was able to manage with the hand rails. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and never even turned on the TV. Highly recommend for a relaxing trip.

We loved this lake house. The patio and outdoor space was wonderful. It was very clean, and there were plenty of towels and linens for our family of 8. Bring some firewood for s’mores:)

We did a fall break getaway with another family and this house did not disappoint! Plenty of space for the 6 of us (4 adults/2 kids). All the amenities we could ever need, we just needed to bring food and personal toiletries. The place was clean and modern, high-speed WiFi if work needed to be done and two fridges for plenty of storage. We enjoyed our time by the fire pit immensely. Unfortunately, due to the low lake level we did not get a chance to utilize the on site kayaks, but nevertheless all enjoyed our time there. A nice bonus of the house was that it was a 5 min drive to a park where we did some fishing and the kids enjoyed themselves on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location family had a wonderfully time

We had a lovely week at The Lake House. We were in Chattanooga for a family wedding. Returning from activities to a large space where we could spread out and the children could play was great. The view over the lake was lovely, and sitting on the screened porch was very relaxing. The hosts were fabulous and responded quickly to inquiries. I recommend this home highly!

What a lovely house! Perfect for a family. Very clean, nicely decorated, plenty of space and had all the kitchen essentials. So many on site activities as well. We did it all! Kayak, swimming, s’mores in the fire pit, lounging in the hot tub, corn hole and some epic Jenga games. We checked out the park and nooga that was close by and rented a boat and was able to pull it right up to the dock, so convenient. Would definitely come back!
