Мястото на хотела е великолепно, стаите - обширни и със съвременен, симпатичен интериор, персоналът - усмихнат и отзивчив. В комбинация с прекрасния ресторант Док 5, предлага незабравимо изживяване за онези, които са влюбени в морето през всички сезони.

Всичко описано компенсира, поне за нас, дребните неудобства, като тънките стени, през които се чува всеки говор и движение в съседните стаи. И моля, осигурете по-ниски и удобни възглавници, за което е написал всеки втори посетител.

Nice location, good breakfast choice, clean room.

Caveat: if you have a sensitive back, find a different hotel! Our beds were very soft and lumpy, receptionist said, ‘all rooms have the same mattresses’, hence the three stars.

Poloha, blízkosť pláže, výborná strava.

Chýbalo mi pri raňajkách tradičné ovocie, hrozno, broskyne, melón.. Veľké množstvo komárov, hlavne večer pri jedle a aj na izbe.

Липса на затваряем гардероб, чекмеджета, няма къде да си прибереш вещите. Почистване на стаите не ставаше в обичайното време до обяд, трябваше ние да се нагаждаме според камериерките, които чистеха 1 стая съвместно

Die Lage ist sensationell mit Blick auf den Hafen. Auch das Frühstück ist gut. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und geräumig. Das Bad ist modern und sehr schön.

Die schlechtere Bewertung gegenüber früheren Auffenthalten ( ich war das 4. Mal hier) rührt daher, dass a. das Personal deutlich unfreundlicher wurde und b. es viele Mücken im Zimmer gibt ( ich hoffe, es waren Mücken ;-)), die mich sehr oft gestochen haben. Letzteres ist mir in meinen vormaligen Auffenthalten nicht so aufgefallen bzw. war deutlich erträglicher (kann an der Jahreszeit - ich war Mitte Septemer dort - gelegen haben). Ich finde das Hotel nach wie vor gut und würde es empfehlen, hoffe aber, dass die Negativpunkte abgestellt werden.

• the location of the hotel was very close to the sea garden and beach • the room was spacious, clean and really modern • the breakfast view was amazing • the staff was very polite and helpful with everything

• the hotel walls are so tiny and you can hear everything in the next room. It was hard to sleep when you have crying babies. • I wish we could have more options for breakfast, because the are the same every day.

The place, the magnificent view at the sea, you are feeling literally in above the sea!

The corner room with sea view might get hot during the day.

Breakfast was good, the staff was REALLY nice and helpfull, the neighbourhood was good. It's close to the beach and to the south bus station.

First we got a really uncomfortable bed, but in the night when we asked for another room, they gave is. We could try out some beds and found a better one. So they solved that part.

Really nice hotel without traditional bulgarian kitsch...

The staff was very kind and smiling. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is very good. The restaurant in the hotel is very very good for dinner (it's good to make reservation early because it's very popular.

I cannot mention anything as a minus.

Very good hotel in Burgas ! Excellent Wi-Fi , TV in the room, warm during winter time, the beds are good, the parking just in front of the hotel, is very much helpful for visitors having cars. Very good choice. The staff very good, kind and supporting !
