They were really friendly and caring. The room was clean and smelled good.

Well located in a quiet, pleasant area which was easy walking distance to the town centre. Really friendly, kind and helpful staff at the hotel. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. It had a fridge and the reception staff lent us a kettle and cups. Excellent value for money. I would certainly stay here again if visiting Burgas.

Nothing - we were very happy with everything about the hotel.

Very nice and customer oriented staff. Were able to leave luggage on the reception both before check-in and after checkout. Cleaning was suggested every day.

location is good.

Not clean enough. there were some stains on the pillow. WC in the room was with sensor which is ridiculous. I had to move all the time. old furniture. I asked for ac remote control, the remote was not in the room. they brought it. However, the staff was very nice.

Unfortunate experience with infestation, although beyond the control of staff, made the stay unpleasant.

The excellent customer service from the staff, especially front of house receptionist, manager Boris. English is spoken and Boris was very helpful, kind and courteous.

More toilet rolls

The location is good as it’s in the center. The staff was really friendly. The bed was quite nice and comfortable.

Apparently the AC wasn’t cleaned from quite a long time as there was a vary unpleasant smell and of mold and. The walls of the bathroom was quite narrow and you can hear everything. The towels or glasses didn’t got changed even that the room was cleaned supposedly.
