It was shady. Staff was rude. There were hair everywhere on the floor. Smell was weird. Their were small pubic hair on bedsheet. There were cockroaches. One cockroach went inside fridge infront of me.

The management is bit flexible about hotel fares

Clean and spacious rooms.. Staff is cooperative. Overalls experience was good Lovely big rooms with fabulous AC, breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. I expected just a cup of tea but was blown away with the buffet breakfast perfect if you like desi traditional food.

The staff were exceptional and whatever we asked they provided. Efficient, polite, helpful and friendly Every thing was exceptional

The location is good - there is high end market nearby - Staff, especially Manager, is diligent in work. Bedding was clean; food was of good quality

There were no intercom in the room; nor were bells to call room service. There was no television Water was not sufficiently warm for prevaling weather. Ceiling Fan was too low - while changing clothes, hand may get in between its wings.

The ONLY thing I liked about the property was the location. The location is close to a very known market named as M.M.Alam Road.

Staff was unprofessional, their attempts on every single time to charge the guests extra money, to reach to my room I actually had to pass by a storage room, they charged me additional for 2 cans of soft drinks which they didn’t mention before offering.
